Annual Maintenance contract for 100KVA/100KW type online UPS (Eaton Make) including preventive and breakdown maintenance as per follwing conditions:
Preventive Maintenance
i)Preventive Maintenance will be done on quarterly basis
ii)Preventive Maintenance to be carried during working hours (Monday to Saturday) from 09:30am to 6:00PM or at times planned in advance.
iii)Preventive Maintenance includes functional checking,terminal connections (not loose and corrosion free) input and output voltages,load balancing, necessary adjustments of UPS systems etc.
iv)Preventive Maintenance includes cleaning,tightening ,inspection & Health checkup of batteries (battery discharge test if required)
v)Preventive Maintenance includes testing alarms,indicators, by pass operation and communication ports.
Breakdown Maintenance
Breakdown Maintenance work shall be carried out throughout the AMC period and attend the fault complaint whenever called upon.
Breakdown Maintenance includes fault finding, repair or replacement of defective parts if required.(exluding batteries and electrical switchgear items only) Spare Parts replaced/removed must be of the same or equivalent make and will be property of the contractor/firm after replacement.
Conditions:-
Rates should be quoted for all heights including all leads and lifts for internal and external works for all floor levels.
Useful materials should be handed over to the Assistant Engineer Electrical Sub Division No.II, Sectt. Shimla, otherwise credit for useful materials will be charged.
Sample of all the material to be used on work shall be got approved from the Engineer-in-charge in advance before actual use on work and any or all of the material which are available as per Indian standard in the market should confirm to bureau of indian standards.
