Demolition of brick work, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling bricks (laid flat or on edge) or brick tiles on roof terrace, in floors, channels, kerbs, aprons etc laid dry or laid dry and pointed and removing from site complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling Asbestos cement sheet (Corrugated, Semi corrugated etc) as in roofs etc including ridges complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down eaves gutters and rain water pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on stone surface/brick surfaces of walls including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in padding / levelling concrete on top of roofs, roof kerbs or mud stops, coping, band, bed plate rounded or chamfered on edges using water proofing compound and including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge Note :- Cost of WPC is included in the unit rate of this item. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

M&L for Brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size burnt bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for brick work built in CM (1:4) using sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Stone slab 25 mm to 35 mm thick dressed true and square, in one length not less than 60cm and n. exc 120cm in copings, window cills, chajjas, sunshades, etc., punched dressed on exposed faces and self faced on the embedded unexposed beds and joints; exposed edges rounded or chamfered as directed, set, jointed and pointed in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F rolled mild steel as in Joist, channel, angle or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length directed) and similar work conforming to Gde E-250 (Fe 410-W) quality `A’ all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 6 mm thick asbestos cement, corrugated or semi corrugated sheets in roofs, walls etc and fixed with ‘L’ type or ‘J’ type or cranked hooks bolts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 6mm thick asbestos cement two piece serrated ridge for corrougated or semi corrugated AC sheets, fixed with L type, J type or cranked bolt complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of mud phuska in roof any thickness including plastering & leeping (whether full thickness removed or only part thereof) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of all loose dirt and dust from roof and priming the surface with one coat of cold applied bituminious primer @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm conforming to IS:3384 and applying a layer of APP based polymeric membrane not less than 3 mm thick, weighing not less than 3.5 Kg/Sqm, reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weighing not less than 150 gms/Sqm) and upper side of membrane thermally insulated with white gravel finish uniformaly embedded during manufacturing process. It shall be laid by torch application having side over lap 75 mm and at the end 100 mm, all overlaps and joints shall be sealed by torch application. For parapet, membrane shall be taken to a height of minimum 60 cm and inserted inside the parapet in a groove to a depth of 65mm. The same shall be furnished by a membrane flashing. Note : The net area of water proofing treatment shall be measured without any extra allowance for laps & portion inserted in groove which shall be deemed included in the quoted rates.

M&L for cutting & uprooting grass on roof top, removing rubbish off the premises, cleaning the roof surfaces thoroughly using wire brushes to remove sharp projections, cleaning joints, washing, drying and removing all dirt/dust to receive concrete padding/ plaster etc complete.

M&L for 40mm thick brick tiles laid on 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6 over roof surfaces without using extra cement and joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per serial item No. 20 here-in-above but except brick tiles. Note : Old serviceable brick tiles retrieved from serial item No 3 of BOQ here-in-before shall be used under this item.

M&L for flush pointing to bricks laid flat or brick tiles in pavings in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing 10 mm thick polymer modified plaster in ratio 1:10 (1 part of polymer and 10 parts of cement with solid contents not less than 30%) over slab with and including supplying and applying fiber reinforced, UV resistant elastomeric liquid applied water proofing & heat reflective coating with accrylic polymers & polyster / glass fibers. The operation shall be carried out after scrapping and properly preparation of roof surfaces (old or new) with wire brush drying and cleaning to remove all foreign materials and washing with water to remove loose particles with complete in all respect as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge. (i) Primer as recommended by manufacturer of waterproofing coating to be applied. (ii) The firm will give six year warranty of their products and same shall be appied using their authorised applicant i.e. M/s Asian paints - Smartcare Damp proof & M/s Sika India Pvt Ltd - Sika Cool Coat.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on brick walls/concrete surfaces mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer’s instructions including finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : - Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of BOQ.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faced brick masonary or concrete surface of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3) on brick or concrete surface of ceiling, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls & applying two coats of cement base paint of approved shade/tint and filling cement based putty in cracks complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered and unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper including Alkali resistant priming preparatory to distempering complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking up or down 15mm dia, steel tubing & connections including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 15mm bore galvanized steel water tubing medium grade with & including all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Fixing only 15mm bore old galvanised steel water tubing including cleaning with & including new fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors in new or old position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :-GI tubing retrieved vide item No 30 shall be used under this item

Taking up or down 20mm dia, steel tubing & connections including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 20 mm bore galvanized steel water tubing medium grade with & including all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Fixing only 20mm bore old galvanised steel water tubing including cleaning with & including new fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors in new or old position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :-GI tubing retrieved vide item No 33 shall be used under this item

S&F as in repair gun metal globe or gate valve 15mm bore with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F as in repair gun metal globe or gate valve 20mm bore with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exc 500 ltr & not exc 1000 ltr, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs and cleaning and re-fixing in same or other position complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Leakage of PVC water tanks shall be repaired with silicon gel, M-Seal, Sika Multiseal tape and oher suitable method as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and cost thereof shall deemed included in quoted rate.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, of capacity exc 500 ltr & not exc 1000 ltr complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F as in repair rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank ISI Marked (cylindrical vertical three layered with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position of capacity 500 litres including ball brass valve, high pressure with polythene float and flynut screwed for 20 mm dia GI pipe, 25mm bore GI washout pipe 15 cm long fitted with check nut, 20mm bore over flow pipe 1.50 metre long fitted with brass anti-mosquito nest coupling at the end of over flow pipe & 15mm bore GI air vent pipe 1.30 metre long fitted with tee at the end of air vent pipe (All GI pipes shall be medium grade) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Srl item No. 40 here-in-before but 1000 ltrs capacity
