Survey, Soil investigation, Design Engineering and Procurement and Construction of New Office Building in Nagar Nigam, Varanasi at Sigra, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh on EPC mode(B+GF+4), India which includes all works mentioned in the bid documents, testing, commissioning, handing over and all other appurtenant works required for proper completion of works as per direction of Engineer incharge on EPC basis. The project shall be executed in accordance with stipulated DBR/Specifications and Guidelines, adopting NBC-2016, relevant Indian Standard (IS) Codes and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. The scope also includes complete handing over of the facility and ensuring all works are completed in all respects. Note :- Plinth Area shall be measured for the actual constructed.
