Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m

Construction of granular sub-base by providing Close graded material spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with Vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per technical clause 401

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate in layers wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen (VG-10) using Bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing and laying Dense graded Bituminous Macadam with hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 ton per hour using crused aggregates of specified grading -II premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 4.5% of mix, transported to site , laid over previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade , lavel and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction. as per MORT&H Specification. No 507

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen (VG-10) using Bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG 30 @ 5.4% of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects

Filling of Earth in Patri/shoulders and Central Median with approved Earth obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope to meet requirement of table No. 300-2 (without compaction)

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic copound 2.50 mm thick in 100mm widh including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.50 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished Surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.

Supply & Erection of built up overhead Contilever structure 6.00 M span comprising of one vertical post of 6.00 M high made up of 300 mm N.B. havey class M.S. pipe as vertical member welded with 10mm M.S. plate at top & bottom for bearing of horizantal frame comprising of 40 mm . N.B. made havey class main pipe as of 25 mm class medium N.B. pipe bracing as per approved designed drawing with one coat of steel primer and two coats of synthetic enamle paint complate the work includes construction of RCC fundation of size 750x750 mm & 1500 deep for built up Overhead Structure including earth work in excavation , 100 mm thick Lean Concrete in 1:4:8 cement , course sand and 40 mm gauge stone balllast , RCC with 1:2:4 cement , Course sand and 20 mm stone grit including supply of grouting of 25 mm dia foundation bolts (600mm long) as per provision of structure including cost of reinforcement & shutting as per direction of Engineer in Charge .

Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67 mad of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed cover aluminium shting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x75 mm x6 mm firmly fixed to th ground by means of properly dsignd foundation with M-15 grade cment conc. 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground lvel as per approved drawing (Stop sign)

The routine maintenance of above road work including earthen shoulder, and bitumenous pavement etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion Date and ends after five years.(including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for 1st year maintenance cost @ 0.00% (PC)

2nd year maintenance cost @ 0.25% (PC)

3rd year maintenance cost @ 0.50 % (PC)

4th year maintenance cost @ 0.75% (PC)

5th year maintenance cost @ 1% (PC)
