Execution of canal distribution network for a total Culturable Command Area of 640 ha. in underground pipe line system for Rengali Right Irrigation Project on " EPC - Turn Key " basis including planning, Designing, Testing of materials, providing & laying of approved standard length ISI mark DI/HDPE pipes (DI- 300mm dia & above and HDPE < 300mm dia approved by project authority) as specified in the technical specifications having test pressure of 6 kg/cm2 or more as per site requirement with suitable jointing material for stiffness class 2500 N/M2 as per IS -12709 & IS -14402 as applicable, C.I Air valves, Reflux valves, Butterfly valves, Sluice valves, reducer, Tee and bend of matching material, nuts & bolts and other construction materials etc. of req uired sizes, specification and of approved make and quality including cost of all materials, labour charges, all taxes, loading & unloading charges, transportation charges, cost of lowering, laying and jointing to proper position including earth work in excavation of trenches in all kinds of soils, D.I, Rock strata and with sand cushion of approved thickness for pipes and proper compaction in foundations between top and bottom plugs in layers and back filling with suitable excavated/borrow earth and including cost of Cement Concreting / R.C .C of approved grades, NP3 Hume Pipes of required diameter, Flush Structures and Turnout structures at required locations as per design etc. complete with all other ancillary works to complete the pipe network for providing irrigation to 640 ha.including cost of maintenance for 5 years as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Qty:- 640 Ha.

Execution of UGPL in CAD network for a total Culturable Command Area of 1362 ha. for Rengali Right Irrigation Project on "EPC - Turn Key" basis including Planning, Designing, Testing of materials, providing & laying of standard length ISI mark rigid un-plasticise P.V.C pipes (UPVC) as specified in technical specification having test pressure of 4kg/cm2 or more as per site requirement with Ringfit (approved by project authority), joint including cost of rings as per IS Specification no. 4985/1988 as applicable, C.I Air valves, Reflux valves, Butterfly valves, sluice valves, (UPVC) reducer, (UPVC) Tee and (UPVC) bend, nuts & bolts of required sizes, Specification and of approved make and quality and other construction materials including cost of all materials, labour charges, all taxes etc., loading & unloading charges, transportation charges, lowering, laying and jointing to proper position including earth work in excavation of trenches in all kinds of soils, D.I, Rock strata and with sand cushion of approved thickness for pipes and proper compaction in foundations between top and bottom plugs in layers and back filling with suitable excavated/borrow earth and including cost of Cement Concreting / R.C.C of approved grades, NP3 Hume Pipes of required diameter, Flush Structures and Turnout structures at required locations as per design etc. complete with all other ancillary works to complete the pipe network for providing irrigation to 1362 ha. including formation of Panipanchayat with preparation & approval of beneficiary list , training for O & M of UGPL system and cost of maintenance for 5 years as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Qty: - 1362 Ha.

Operation & maintenance for UGPL irrigation network for 640 ha. of CCA including CAD network of 1362 ha. for five years or five Khariff / five Rabi crop season whichever is later after commissioning of UGPL irrigation system including cost of all materials, labour, all taxes, cess etc. complete to provide successful irrigation to ayacut of 1362Ha as directed by the Engineer- in- Charge. Qty:- 1362 Ha.
