NON LOAD BEARING PAVEMENT
M & L for Soil stabilization of 150 mm sub grade soil by uniform mixing of cement OPC 43 grade @ 5% cement by weight of soil (Percentage of cement is for estimation purposes only, Type of additive and percentage required for blending to be given in mix design). Item will include pulverization of soil, spreading of additive, blending mix by tractor towed rotovator, addition of water/ drying of mix to required moisture content and compaction using suitable vibratory roller to required 98% Maximum Dry Density. Provisions of IRC SP:89-2010 be referred to for this item complete all as specified and directed Note:- The subgrade formation will be rolled and compacted to achieve a minimum K-value of 5 Kg/cm2/cm and verified through lab test accredited by NABL before laying of GSB and further layers.
M & L for Laying and compacting 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) granular sub base course(GSB) grading as per grade-V as specified table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications of road and bridge works 2013 in a single layer over compacted subgrade with natural sand,crushed gravel,crushed stone,crushed slag or combination thereof as per the grading requirement .The material are mechanically mixed spread and leveling on the subgrade by using motor grader of adequate capacity and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight for achieveing required compaction density of atleast 98% of the maximum dry density .Consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed with finished surface tolerance as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications of road and bridge works 2013
Providing and laying 130 mm thick dry lean concrete (DLC) of aggregate gradation as per Table 1 of SP 49-2014 having 7 day average compressive strength not less than 7 Mpa.Minimum cement content not less than 140Kg/Cum DLC mixed in Batching plant,transported to site and laid by mechanical paver further by double drum smooth wheeled vibratory roller with 80-100 KN static weight to achieved minimum dry density not less than 98% of maximum dry density,necessary finishing etc complete all as specified and tolerance to be as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for road and bridge work 2013.

Material and labour for providing sand cushion with clean river sand duly clear of residual, organic and deleterious materials spread evenly to uniform thickness laid over DLC layer as specified and directed. (NLB 66.3 + Culvert 0.24)
Material and labour for supplying and laying 400 micron thick HDPE sheet(Virgin Quality),water proof,wrinkle free without puncture having minimum weight 390gm/Sqm over tack coat/sand cushion as specified in the design with overlap between adjacent strips and at transverse joints as minimum 300mm complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Rates quoted shall include for overlapping and No additional amount will be paid for the same )
Material and labour for pavement quality concrete (PQC) of thickness 150 mm, of minimum 28 days field flexural strength of 45 Kg/ sqcm or 4.5 Mpa, aggregate gradation as per Table 3 of IRC 15-2017,coarse aggregate of clean,hard strong,dense,non porous and durable pieces of crushed stone or gravel,fine aggregates of clean natural sand or crushed stone sand or combination of both using minimum 400 kg/cum of cement with non-circular,virgin synthetic fiber of 12-18mm length,specific gravity 1.34 to 1.39 UV stable,alkali resistant with equivalent dia 15-40 micron,minimum melting temperature as 240 degree centigrate and minimum tensile strength of 300 Mpa and at the rate as specified by manufacturer,PQC laid,spread and compacted with mechanical fixed form paver of minimum 7.50 m width , including curing and tining by Texturing cum Curing Machine, Required surface texturing to be done as specified in clause 10.1.14 and Table 9 of IRC 15-2017, complete all as specified and directed
Note (i) The cost of admixture required as per design mix shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate (the constant shall be applied based on design mix) (ii) Polyester triangular non circular synthetic fibers as secondayr reinforcement mixed in concrete shall be included in the quoted rate (the constant shall be applied based on design) (iii) Construction joints dummy and expansion joints shall be measured and paid sepereatly under respective items. (iv) Deduction shall be made in PQC of quantity for expansion joints (v) For the purpose of pricing this item the cement content shall be considered as 400 kg /cum Minus price adjustment shall be made @ Rs 6 per kg in case of quantity of cement used is less than 400 Kg /Cum. However no plus price adjustment shall be made to the quoted rate if excess quantity of cement is used beyond 400 Kg/Cum (vi) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be include the cost of initial and final curing.
Material and labour for forming 25mm wide expansion joint in concrete slab for full depth of PQC, Early entry saw and subsequent cutting by using diamond bit cutter of appropriate size, staight and smooth edges. Joint cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air. Joint shall be made dry, vacuum cleaned and free of dirt, oil, vegetation and other debris.The joint then filled with pre-molded 25mm thick compressible polyethylene closed cell type filler board as specified, thereafter application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 minutes before placing the backup rod and pouring the sealant, Placing of closed cell, medium density, crossed linked polythylene foam backup rod of 30mm dia, over filler board and filled with polyurethane based sealant complying with BS-5212, BS 4254 and EN 41875-2003 with minimum movement accomodation factor(MAF) of +/- 30%,having minimum 10 year performance guarantee, applying masked tape on edges of joints and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant as per the method specified by the manufacturer complete as specified and directed.

S & F reinforced concrete NP-2 pipe 450 mm bore ISI Marked with one collar per length of pipe complete all as specified and directed.
M & L for Cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate to RCC drain pipes 450 mm bore, packing under and completely surrounding pipes with concrete after they are laid and tested, complete all as specified and directed.
M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling / mass concrete/ sub base floor complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer on newly plastered surfaces of walls including preparation of new surfaces complete, complete all as specified and directed.
M&L Hardcore of broken stone aggregate of gauge n. exc 63mm, deposited spread and leveled in layers n exc 15 cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.
Material and labour for 150 mm thick Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B- 2, (40mm graded aggreate) as in Sub base- floor complete all as specified and directed.
AREA DRAINAGE
M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling / mass concrete complete all as specified and directed. (Area drainage 20.79+ NLB 0.86)
M & L for block masonry with solid pre-cast cement concrete blocks made out of cement concrete 1: 3: 6 type C-1, using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1 : 6 complete all as specified and directed (Area drainage 75.24+ Culvert 0.83)
M&L for Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on brick walls or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement , complete all as specified and directed. (Area drainage 376.2+ Culvert 1.06)
M & L PCC1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping or similar work etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed. (Area drainage 3.17+ Culvert 0.02)
M & L PCC1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.
M & L for Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 40cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement incl forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped end etc. complete all as specified and directed.
EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY
Labour only for taking out / removal of old unsv XLPE cable 10sqmm 2 core from the trenches complete all as specified and directed. Note. Eath work shall be measured and paid separetly
M & L for supplying, laying High density polyethylene pipes (HDPE) 50mm dia of pressure rating 6kgf/cm2 laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.
M & L for supplying, laying, connecting and testing in trenches under floors/roads or on walls and drawing through conduit/pipe, cable XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duly electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, crosssectional area 10sq.mm 4 core complete all as specified and directed.
Labour only for disconnecting old exisitng Tarmac light with and incl disconnection of all electrical and mechanical components of the network and refixing of all dismantled items after completion of required work services all the site complete all as specified and directed. Note- Tramac light will be deposited to MES for testing their servicability and reuse in the same work if found servicable
Labour only for disconnecting old unsv exisitng pole /bracket of Tarmac light with and incl disconnection of all electrical and mechanical components of the network complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and fixing of polycarbonate unbreakable juction box suitable for pole mounted outdoor type complete with FI clamps, nuts bolts washers and including copper bus bar 4 pole x 10AMP and one MCB SPN 0.5 to 2 AMP 10KA complete all as specified and directed.
M & L Boring of holes under road, pavement, hardstanding by trench less technology using ultrasound technique and necessary machine including S & L HDPE pipe of 100mm dia suitable for 0.4 mps working pressure complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and fix pole for tarmac lights made out of GI pipe medium grade 100mm dia, (length 1 mtr.) fixed in PCC 1:3:6 (0.3X0.45X0.45m) alongwith earth work for including GI 50mm GI medium grade protection pipe and GI 50mm medium grade bracket with all FI clamps nuts and bolts complete all as specified and directed ( Note : Design of tramac pole to be got approved prior to commencement work ).
Supply and fix LED street lights fittings 120 Watt 230V AC outdoor type with high presssure die cast aluminium housing and heat resistant complete with driver lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal amnagement in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 proptection complete all as specified and directed.
M & L for precast PCC 1:2:4 chamber to be fix back to the tarmac light for keeping loops of the cable of size of chamber 0.6 x 0.6 x 0.6 mtr (internal), wall and foundation thickness 200 mm and openable at top side only ( a Lid of cast iron duly hinged at one side with and including rubber gasket for air tight opreation included in item) including necessary earth work, white washing internal surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note. i)Top surface of chamber will be at a level to finished level of ground, conduit for in and out of cable connection in included with air tight connections. ii) Drawing of PCC chamber to be got approved prior to commencement work ).
Labour only for taking out-removal of AFLS primary & secondary cables with conduits from the trenches complete all as specified and directed.. Note earth work will be measured and paid separetely.
M & L for supplying, laying High density polyethylene pipes (HDPE) 100mm dia of pressure rating 6kgf/cm2 laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed. .
Laying in trenches AFLS cable retrieved from above item no 47 under floors/roads or on walls and passing through conduit/pipe complete all as specified and directed. Note. Connection terminals/ Primary and secondary cable/ AFLS accossories will be provided by CCR from the AF stores day to day basis and commissioning and testing will be also be done by CCR officials (Air Force).
Disconnecting of CI box with and incl accessories, disconnection of all mechanical components of the network. Refixing of all dismantled items after completion of required work services all the site complete all as specified and directed. Note- CI box will be deposited to CCR section for testing their servicability and reuse in the same work if found servicable. Electrical connection and disconnection will be carred out by CCR officials (Air Force).
Note for item No 39, 46, 48 49:- . Contractor shall remove all AFLS cables, tarmac ligths, connectors & associated accessories safely and deposit them in store yard as provided by GE. These cables alongwith fittings and other items removed shall be tested at the time of deposting. Same set of items shall be issued to the contractor for refixing and at that time the items shall be tested again. Any damages to cables, lights, connectors and associated accessories during the excavation of work would be replaced by contractor.
Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm as earthing lead buried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with the top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to and including galvanised iron earth lead wire 4 mm dia as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel, and connected to earthing test point and earth dolly, providing charcoal and common salt all as shown in electrical plate no. 3 of SSR part I, and testing on completion including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 earthing chamber, precast RCC cover slab 50 mm thick in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (XPM) weight not less than 4kg/sqm with cast iron frame, funnel with wire mesh, watering pipe of 20 mm bore medium grade GI pipe and lugs, earthing wire protected by galvanised iron or steel pipe 15 mm dia medium grade 7.5 metre long complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) The unit rate shall include cost of earth lead and cost of GI protection pipe upto 7.50 meter. (ii) Any variation in length of earth lead and protection pipe beyond 7.5 m shall be measured separately.
Supply and laying 4mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire as Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to ploes or any other indicated situation for loop earthng etc. with nut bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.
NOTE: Amount of Schedule of credit of Rs. 9360.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in schedule of credit on Srl Page No. of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
