Demolition of cement concrete tiles or terracing tiles, brick tiles of any description, single layer on roof complete all as specified and directed.

Roughning surfaces of old concrete floor/ roof by picking , sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust,etc. to receive the floor finishes all as directed and specified.

M & L Cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate),50 mm average thickness on RCC roof slab complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 10 mm cement plaster on concrete surfaces in CM 1:4, mixed with water proofing compound, finished the surface even & smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

Note for item No 4:- Supply only WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying of oil bound bituminous primer @ 0.20 Kg/sqm and providing 4 mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 4kg / sqm reinforced with non woven polyester matt weighing not less than 160 gms / sqm having softening point ot less than 150d degree centigrade, having tensile strength of 650N/ 5cm and 350N/ 5cm in longitudinal and transverse direction respectively of the reinforcement, tearing strength of 180N by torch on application with minimum 10 cm side over laps and 15 cm end lap and over the membrane finishing with solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @0.1 Kg per sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Note for item No 6:- The work shall be carried out only through manufacturer or their authorised applicator and a written gurantee for work shall be submitted by the contractor.

Dismantling of existing water tanks of capacity exc 250 litres and not exc 500 litres, setting aside for repairs, cleaning exc and hoisting, reconnecting and refixing in position including removing all scale and dirt etc from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix water storage tank of 500 litre capacity, rotational moulded polythene, cylindrical vertical with closed top hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I including dismantling of existing water tanks of capacity 500 litres complete all as specified and directed.

S& F 25mm ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S& F 25mm ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed as in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls, chajja, facia, column and roof projections and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint (weather coat) all as specified and directed.

Removing debries, excavated material, demolished concrete etc of any description to out side of defence land.

Taking up or down 20mm dia steel tubing and connection including bib taps, stop cock, gate valves etc. all as directed.

Taking up or down 25mm dia steel tubing and connection including bib taps, stop cock, gate valves etc. all as directed.

Fixing only 20mm dia steel tubing and connecting with bib taps, stop cock, gate valves etc. to walls and ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only 25mm dia steel tubing and connecting with bib taps, stop cock, gate valves etc. to walls and ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 20mm dia steel tubing, medium grade with all fittings and connecting with bib taps, stop cock, gate valves etc. to walls and ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 25mm dia steel tubing, medium grade with all fittings and connecting with bib taps, stop cock, gate valves etc. to walls and ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Gate valve 20mm bore, cast copper alloy screwed down high pressure with cutch or butter fly handle screwed down both ends for iron pipe or for union as in repair complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 110mm dia PVC(SWR) pipes, single socketed in any length, rubber ring joints, fixed to walls as in repair complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 110mm dia PVC(SWR) bends of any radius fixed to walls as in repair complete all as specified and directed.

S & F stack clamps out of 50mmX5mm flat iron and 16mm dia round iron stays, including bolts and nuts and securing ends of stays to wall for 110mm dia of pipes complete all as specified and directed.
