REPAIR MAINTENANCE OF APFC PANEL, LT PANEL AND ALLIED WORKS AT AF STN JAMMU UNDER GE (AF) JAMMU

Disconnecting / taking down carefully existing unserviceable LT Panel Board any type and capacity including all control switches, fittings and fixtures from different location complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, Installing, Testing and Commissioning Outdoor type Cubical Panel Board outer shell made out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet including door and inner shell made out of 2.0 mm thick MS sheet and MS angle section 50 x 50 x 6mm mounted on platform of PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, 60 cm above and 45 cm below the ground level, Frame Factory fabricated with front and back openable, double door system and cable alley (Each door hinged with body at three places through weldeding) Lockable / Openable by Keys having chromium plated 19 mm dia fancy lock, “U” type gasket shall be used to make the outer shell completely vermin proof suitable for Three Phase Four Wire 415 Volts, 50 Hz, tested at factory approved from CPRI factory fabricated having modern fabrication and testing process followed by powder coat painting having thickness not less than 100 microns provided with suitable gasket to make it Dust / Vermin Proof and general construction confirming to IS:8623/93 comprising of the following : (a) Busbar rating 800 Amps Capacity 4 wires fixed on insulator not less than 1.0 mtr long bus bar - 01 Set (b) Incoming MCCB 630 Amps FP 415 Volts AC with adjustable thermal magnetic trip release 50 KA, Ics=100%, Icu class-2 front face isolation with positive break indication with double break contacts with spreader and phase barrier - 01 Nos. (c) Outgoing MCCB 250 Amps FP 415 Volts AC with adjustable thermal magnetic trip release 36 KA, Ics=100%, Icu class-2 front face isolation with positive break indication with double break contacts with spreader and phase barrier - 01 Nos. (d)Outgoing MCCB 200Amps F 415 Volts AC with adjustable thermal magnetic trip release 36 KA,Ics=100%, Icu class-2 front face isolation with (+) break indication with double break contacts with spreader and phase barrier 1 Nos.

(c) Outgoing MCCB 160 Amps FP 415 Volts AC breaking capacity 25 KA, - 04 Nos (f) Outgoing MCB FP 100 Amps 'C' curve type with rupturing capacity 16 KA - 02 Nos (g) Digital Ammeter 0-800 A with Selector Switch - 01 Nos. (h) Digital Volt meter 0-500 V with Selector Switch - 01 Nos (j) Indicator Lamp RYB 22.5mm dia LED type 240 Volts AC with holder- 01 Set of Three (k) CT Coils of suitable ratio - 01 Set Note:- The quoted rate shall includes minor items such as lugs, nuts & bolts, washers, top insulators, sleeves, provision of extra holes in bus bar etc. All internal wiring shall be done with suitable size of PVC insulated solid copper conductor FRLS cable conforming to IS-694. The bus connection for cable from main bus bar to outgoing MCCB will be connected through suitable rating bus bar strip type duly insulated.
