WIDENING AND STRENGTHENING OF MDR-145 ROAD FROM NH-148 TO DOB VIA PIPALI PATALWAS AND KOLIWARA

PART - A : ROAD WORK Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per MoRTH Specification Clause 201. By Mechanical Means In area of non-thorny jungle

Excavation for roadway in soil by mechanical means including cutting and pushing the earth to site of embankment upto a distance of 100 m, including trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300-1 and 300-2 with a lead upto 50 m as per MoRTH Specification Clause 305.3

Carriage of material from quarry / crusher to work site including loading, unloading and stacking all complete. Earth, Sand, Lime, Morrum manure or sludge For 5 Km.

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site obtained from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation or other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of Tables 300-1 and 300-2 as per MoRTH Specification Clause 305.3

Loosening, Levelling and Compacting original ground supporting embankment to facilitate placement of first layer of embankment, scarified to a depth of 150 mm, mixed with water at OMC and then compacted by rolling so as to achieve minimum dry density as given in Tables 300-1 and 300-2 for embankment construction as per MoRTH Specification Clause 305.3.4

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 150 mm and disposal of scarified material with a lift upto 3 m and lead upto 1000 m as per MoRTH Specification Clause 305.4.3

Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 m as per MoRTH Specification Clause 202. By Mechanical Means Cement Concrete

Providing laying spreading and compacting specified graded sand, gravel (crushed stone) as per Table 400-1,400-2 or any other course material as per design mix, as per CBR in sub base course including premixing the material at OMC in wet mix plant, carriage of mixed material spreading in uniform layers with motor grader F.E loader on a prepared base and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve desired density (as per I.S.2720) including all material, labor, machinery, lighting guarding, barricading and maintenance of diversion complete.[MoRTH specification : Clause 401]. By mechanical means with a lead of 1 Km. For All Rajasthan except Bikaner, Churu, Hanumangarh and Sri Ganganagar For Grading-I Material

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with Tractor Mount Grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MoRTH Specification Clause 401. For All Rajasthan except Bikaner, Churu, Hanumangarh and Sri Ganganagar For Grading III Material
