Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for ceramic non skid coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square /rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm as in floors etc., laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the tile surface all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing glazed digital ceramic colour tiles (450x350 x 7mm thick ) on dado & skirting , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 10 mm thick cement plaster with rough finished in cement mortar 1:4 to received tile complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for granite stone slab (of any type) 18 to 20 mm thick, machine cut ,bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:4 & cutting, polishing and making moulds on edges as in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms, urinal partition and like complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick over 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutter (without taking off shutters from the frame but exc 1.50 qm and n exc 4.0 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labor for plain, solid, straight chowkhats and frames of 2nd class hard wood timber wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 30 mm thick, Flush shutters, factory made ,solid core construction, with particle board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing solid PVC door frames of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, supplying & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing.

Supply and fixing 100mm size medium weight cold rolled mild steel and fixed stainless steel butt hinges complete all as spd & directed

Supply and fixing 150mm long extruded aluminium alloy handles, cast type, anodised complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing 150mm long aluminium anodised barrel tower bolts of extruded section complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing aluminium alloy anodised sliding door bolt with hasp & staple (bolt type) and fixing clipes of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts of extruded sections or cast aluminium alloy, length of bolt of 300 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out complete existing roof treatment from roof surface & roughening of old concrete floor/ wall surfaces including cleaning the roof surfaces by brushing sweeping etc and removing rubbish material complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 30mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in as base roof surfaces including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for water proofing treatment on existing cleaned RCC roof with the following specification and manufacturings instruction complete all as specified and as directed:- (a) Preparing and clening of fully dry surfaces as per IS3067-1966 (b) Applying bitumen primer conforming to IS:3384-1968 over the cleaned concrete/ plaster surface @ 0.5 Ltr per sqm (c) Applying a layer of APP based polymeric membrance 3.0mm thick (minimum) weight 3.0Kg per sqm (reinforced) with polyster Non woven fabric weighing not less than 160gms per sqm by torch application. The over laps shall be minimum 100mm on the transverse direction and 75 mm on longitudinal direction. (d) Applying one coat of aluminium paint @0.10 ltr per sqm over APP based polymeric membrane.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6(nominal mix) type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in hold fast, bed block and like including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing MS flat iron as in hold fasts and similar work conforming to Gde Fe – 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 15mm dia PVC connection pipe 450mm long complete all as specfied and directed

Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) to surface other than fair face of brickwork or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
