Isolating the bar screen no.- 01 from both side after shut down the sluice gate from the both side. Dewatering the chamber with the help of sludge submersible pump set including all required accessories and remove the silt manually from the manual labor.

Cutting of existing damage M.S. Flat, rusted angle iron and M.S. sheet of bar screen i/c dismantle the motor i/c rusted M.S. Sheet removing of rusted guide angle with the help of gas cutter and men power with required equipments

Dismantling of top assembly, rusted Guide angles, ropes from the deep sump well with all safety precautions.

Making arrangement for working with all safety devices controlling the sewage flow on the both sides (main inlet and bar-screen no-02 side) of the bar screen. Providing of sand/ gunny bags as per site requirement.

Providing the S.S. Flats size 50x8 mm and S.S. nut bolts as required for making the jaal for sump well i/c straightening/finishing /Buffing the frame after fabrication as per existing size and maintaining Uniform distance for rake movement As per site requirement.

Machining / repairing the crank shafts and GM bushes for the same as per sample as per site requirement.

Providing the S.S. angle of size 75mm x 75mm x 2500mm (3 Nos.) and S.S. nut bolts as required for strengthening the Jaal. As per site requirement.

Replacement the damage portion of the main guide angle Iron size 150mm x 65mmx 5500 mm app. with required finishing (for the both side of the screen).

Providing the ceiling with the D clamp for the same i/c adjustment the same with the limit switch / controller as per sample / size.

Dismantling of the damaged rusted Portion of M.S. Sheet/ plate to dump the floating material on conveyer belt properly angle of the Frame with the help of electric welding Bolting as per size required and replacement the same by Size of the Bar Screen 2350x1050x2850 mm approx.

Overhauling the guide/rotating Mechanism & C.I. big gears etc. of the screening system with replacement of comb i/c adjustment the teeth with the Bars

Providing the strengthening M.S. fabricated hollow shaft for fixing with the guide angle. As per sample with the help of hardware goods for complete.

Replacement of faulty contactors limit switches, cable, indicating lamps etc. strengthening the frame of Starter Cabling as required as per direction of engineer in charge.

Assembling the above mentioned work at site with necessary civil work by grouting the fastners as per sample for hold the complete new structure as per site requirement.

Alignment/testing/commissioning the complete screening system after completion in all respect.

Repairing the conveyer system with the replacement of pins/ bush repairing, o/hauling the gear box, motor repairing of rollers etc i/c replacement the damage spares for the same as per existing sample with civil work as required.

Fixing the above material on the conveyor belt with replacement of adjustment bolt of the guide rollers

Making safety arrangement by railing around circumference of turntables on PST NO. -1 & 2 and FST no.-2 , for safety of maintenance staff with the help of all required materials tools and tackles and safety measures as per direction and already existing on FST no.-01 at plant.

Painting the above complete system from both sides with the coat of epoxy paint as existing on internal structure & Epoxy painting on external portion.

To, & fro charges. For new supply items and also for takeout the all required spare parts from site to workshop and after repairing workshop to site both side transportations.
