M & L for 25 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of tiles, surface even and rough without using extra cement, complete all as specified.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate). Plinth protection laid to a slope of 1 in 24 in alternate basis system.Surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement Each bay shall not exceed 3m in length, 12mm wide & 75mm deep joint shall be formed between the bays which shall be filled with Mastic filling to full depth comprising a mixture of 1 part of heator hot blow bitumen 85/25 portion and two parts of heated badrapur sand (by volume) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 type A-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) (nominal mix) as in slabs supported on wall,landing, balconies, shelves and like including bonding agent , complete all as specified

M&L Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping). complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix TMT bars, 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) but not less than 0.9 mm dia conforming to Fe-410 - 0, complete all as specified.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar in any description and position, complete all as specified.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius with old size bricks, built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1(using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in blocks for hold fast, coping, benching etc. including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles or throating including form work to concrete surfaces, complete all as specified upto six storey height.
