M&L for joint free non skid ceramic tiles (coloured) 9 to 10mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles (coloured) 300mm x 600mm x 8 to 9mm thick with highlighter on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10mm thick rendering (as screed bed) in cement & sand mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for black Granite tiles 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone as in flooring, platform etc, including grinding and polishing over & including 15mm thick screed bed (bedding layer) in CM 1:4 complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for black Granite tiles 20mm thick machine cut, machine cut, in skirting/dado etc laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing over & including 10mm thick rendering (bedding layer) in CM 1:3 complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on surfaces other than fair face of brick work or stone masonry of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

NOTES FOR LED LIGHT FITTINGS : (i) All LED light/luminare shall meet the provision laid down in IS - 16101, 16102 Part-I/II, 16103 Part-I, 16104, 16105, 16106, 16108/2012 and 15885 Part -II / Section 13. (ii) Contractor shall submit test report of LED street light fitting from Government accredited test laboratory for LM-79 and LM-80. (iii) Contractor has to furnish a replacement warranty of 05 years for LED light fittings complete including lamps from the date of completion of contract. The product will be replaced free of cost in the following case :- (a) Manufacturing defects. (b) Failure due to mechanical and electrical impact. (c) Drop in lumen (or lux at 1 m) below 90% of claimed values of lumen (or lux at 1 m) of the LED /Luminaries.

Supply and fixing mounting bracket (suitable for fixing/holding street/security light fittings) made of 40mm bore GI pipe ‘light grade’ not less than 1.50m long, bent to shape at required angle, fixed to Pole/wall with & including mild steel clamps (02 Nos) made out of flat iron 50x6mm with nuts, bolts & washers, matching with section of Pole/suitable for wall, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed.

Notes for serial item No. 113 :- (i) Vertical height of legs of LT panel base frame shall be not less than 45cm from top of nearest road level / PCC floor finish. Legs shall be grouted in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate). (ii) The contractor shall produce and get the detailed drawings of LT Panel approved from GE before fabrication and placing the order to the approved manufacturer. M&L for Earthing with & including galvanised mild steel earth plate electrode of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried vertically in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level) with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides, connected to & including galvanized mild steel strip 25x4 mm as earth lead, including nuts, bolts, check nuts & washers of galvanized iron or steel and riveted/welded to earth plate at one end and other end of strip connected to panel / equipment / test point with two Nos nuts bolts or welding with steel structure, GI earth strip encased in and including 40mm bore GI light grade pipe with all fittings from upper edges of earth plate upto 7.5 metre above ground level fixed with and including 25x3mm flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washer and also including providing watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade from earth pit to top of electrode and including funnel, wire mesh, copper lugs etc complete with earth pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate and 40mm thick RCC (1:2:4 type B1) cover complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I including necessary excavation and earthwork in any type of soil, returning, filling in approved soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m complete all as specified and as directed including dismantling & taking out old existing unserviceable earthing. M&L for sub main wiring with two runs of 4 sqmm (nominal area) size main cable & one run of 4 sqmm size earth continuity conductor, single core, PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLS with multi-stranded copper conductor, 1100 Volts grade, ISI marked cables, drawn through & including suitable size of heavy duty non-metallic rigid PVC concealed conduit ISI marked not less than 25mm dia & conduit fittings/accessories, fixed concealed in wall/ceiling complete including dismantling & taking down old unserviceable sub main wiring. M&L for dry sand (Local Tibba sand) and punning for cushioning and cover for protection of under ground electric cable complete all as specified and as directed. Notes :- (i) Approved local Tibba dry sand free from vegetations, grass and other deleterious substances shall be used. (ii) For the purpose of payment, only punned thickness shall be measured.

M&L for sub class ‘B’ (old size) burnt clay bricks laid flat and dry abutting each other with gap between adjacent bricks not exc. 10mm for protection of underground electric cable in such a way that the length of brick is at right angle to the central axis of cable complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Galvanized iron tubing, 40mm bore light grade, ISI marked, including all fittings and laid in trenches/under road/drains, fixed to poles/walls with required size of flat iron (25mmx3mm) clamps, bolts, nuts and washers for protection of LT electric cable complete including taking down old unserviceable pipe with clamps. Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately.
