Plastering in cement mortar 1:3 mix 12mm thick using clean screened sand and including cost of curing for fifteen days from the completion of the work and surface should free from undulations and including the cost of preparing the surface for plastering and protecting for plastering for plastering and protecting from other damages till setting of mortar etc.complete complying with standard specification-

Painting Two coats using best quality of emulsion paint with approved colour and quality and the rate including the cost of all materials to work site and labour charges etc complete complying with standard specification.
