Taking down carefully existing unserviceable bitumen felt(any number of layers) including plaster of any thickness, wire brushing and cleaning of the surface of roof terraces including flashing and junctions of parapets kerb wall, PCC fillets, benching etc and removing of the rubbish to a distance not exceeding 500 m from the building and depositing where complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of plain cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor including concrete at junctions of parapets and roof terraces, flashing kerbs walls, PCC fillets, benching coving of chajjah top/junctions etc complete all as specified

M&L for providing plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) for roof, kerb, or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:3) on roof slab / Chajja top with a mixture of water proofing liquid @ 3% by weight of cement on dried concrete surface finished fair and even without using extra cement. Note :- water proofing liquid shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for cleaning the newly plastered surfaces of concrete (roof etc) with wire brushes and applying water proofing treatment as under :- (a) Checking the roof slab by flooding test with water till total elimination of leakage seepage / dampness all as specified in SSR Part-I. (b) Brushing surface with neat cement slurry at the rate of 3.00kg of cement per Sqm. (c) Applying one coat of oil bound bituminous primer @ 0.25 kg/Sq. M (d) Providing and laying 3mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.5 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester mat weighing not less than 160 gm/Sqm all as specified procured from any one of the approved manufactures (e) Apply two coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.15 kg/Sqm per coat over membrane over non assesble roof surfaces complete all as per manufactures instructions and as directed

M&L for preparation of surfaces thoroughly by cleaning, washing and removing dust, dirt, oil and loose particles and applying special grade of primer PR-71 of chokesy chemicals 1.10 Kg/Sqm or equivelent of Dr fixit,Pidilite,Asian,Sika. Note:- Application of liquid water proof material only will be carried out thorugh manufactures.

M&L for preparation applying two coats (with colour pigment) of high performance PU based cold applied elastomeric coating having solid content 80% shore, a hardness Min 60,tensile strength 1.50 to 2.0 N/mm2 TECH O THANE PU white @ 0.95 Kg per Sqm (0.45 Kg /Sqm /per coat) with dry film thickness of 1 to 1.20 mm on previously primed surface of chokesy chemical or equivelent of Dr.Fixit, pidilite, Asian, Sika. Note:- Application of liquid water proof material only will be carried out thorugh authorised manufactures. 05 years waranty will be submitted by manufacturer.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry/PCC block, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, pillars etc.

M&L for Brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6

M & L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 , finished even and smooth without using extra cement including water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound

M&L for Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as specified and directed.

Dismantling boarding, any description, fixed in wall or ceiling, any position with nails

M&L for Fibre glass reinforced translucent plain / corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, wall etc complete all as specified and directed by Enggineer-in-charge.

S & F Rolled Mild Steel Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc confirming to Fe 410 - W (Gde E-250)quality-A, complete all as specified and directed by Enggineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparing new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings all as directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based manglore pattern corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall,fixed with self tapping screwsaas specified etc all as directed.

Supply and fix 0.50 mm thick plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 all as directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness laid bedded and pointed in any mortar in floors aprons etc.

M&L for Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made glossy finished chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand all as directed.

M&L for Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made glossy finished chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand all as directed.

M&L for Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete

Taking up or down steel tubing 15mm dia and connections, including cleaning for re- fixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed by Enggineer-in-charge.

Taking up or down steel tubing 20mm dia and connections, including cleaning for re- fixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed by Enggineer-in-charge.

S&F for 15mm dia tubes, medium grade galvanised, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floor complete all as specified and directed by Enggineer-in-charge.

S&F for 20mm dia tubes, medium grade galvanised, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floor complete all as specified and directed by Enggineer-in-charge.

Disconnecting existing PVC water tanks of capacity exc 500 litres & n.exc 1000 ltrs tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position.

Disconnecting existing PVC water tanks of capacity exc 250 litres & n.exc 500 ltrs tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position.

Dismantling existing PVC water tanks of capacity exc 500 litres & n.exc 1000 litres all as directed and removed from site. NOTE:-Dismantled water tank shall become the contractors property as per Sch of credit.

An amount of Rs 27,100.00 shall be deducted from BOQ on account of schedule of credit
