Removal of existing water proof treatment of any description from roof surface including cement plaster/screed bed carefully from the surfaces, roughening concrete surfaces and cleaning the roof surfaces by brushing, sweeping and scrubbing down with water etc., including dismantling of lightening strip and re-fixing the same in position after roof treatment and removal of debris out of MD land, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Dismantling and refixing of the lightening strip shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

M&L for brushing cement slurry @ 2.75 Kg/sqm over cleaned roof surface prior to application of concrete, complete all as directed by Engineer - in - charge .

M&L for Cement Concrete, Type B-0, 1:2:4 (using 12.50 mm graded Stone aggregate), thickness as required at site, as in roof padding, finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:3 over roof mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: WPC will be measured and paid separately)

M&L for water proofing treatment on existing cleaned RCC roof with the following specifications and manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed :- (i) Preparing and cleaning of fully dried surfaces as per IS 3067-1966. (ii) Applying bitumen primer conforming to IS:3384-1968 over the cleaned base @ 0.50 litre per sqm. (iii) Providing a layer of 3 mm thick APP modified pre-fabricated five layer, weight not less than 3.6 kg/sqm, black finished reinforced with non-woven polyster matt membrane with butane torch application. Overlap shall be minimum 100 mm on the transverse direction and 75 mm on longitudinal direction. (iv) Sealing of all angles & abutments upstands with extra care to ensure perfect bondage. Sealing of edges well into grooves & protect the seal with a polysulphide/polyurethane sealant.

M&L for preparation and applying solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint exceeding 10 cm in width or girth over APP membrane @ 0.20 kg/sqm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F heat resistant roof/terrace ceramic tiles, of size 300 mm X 300 mm of minimum 9.5 mm thickness, white coloured with mineral composition for reflective thermal insulation with solar reflective index (SRI) > 0.90 on roof/terrace, laid over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml/50 kg bag of cement, applying cement slurry and scratching the screed bed for proper fixing of tiles, laying the tiles with 4-6 mm spacers, curing the tiles for 48 hours and subsequently filling and grouting the joints with mix of white cement & marble powder/grout powder in the ratio 1:1 including providing skirting upto 150 mm height along the parapet walls in the same manner but at an angle of 45 degree over screed bed in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed. (MAKE: JOHNSON, Model: Endura Cool Roof tiles / AGL Model: Cool White or similar model in ORIENT / BELL / SOMANY and other ceramic tiles makes specified in tender) (Note: Waterproofing compound shall be measured & paid separately)”

M&L for cutting Grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type-B1 as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L bituminous gola, with 80/25 bitumen and coarse sand mixture, 1:3 by weight, 8cmx8cm at the junction of roofing to vertical surfaces, all as specified and directed.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) as in roofs, floors, beams, stair cases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not other wise provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railing, openings in concrete walls, floors, roofs and similar work; not exceeding 200 mm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls (horizontal or sloping), exc 10cm wide and but n exc 20cm wide, for fair finished surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to fins, louvers, fascia, flat for fair finished surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC (nominal mix) type B1 1:1½:3 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) for Fins, fascia's, louver's, parapets, and railings exc 60cm in height, newels, balustrade, and the like etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT Bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including Mild Steel Wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm or securing with clips, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for Framed work such as grills, gratings etc, with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forget into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0, and for portions framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts, etc., all as specified.

S&F for expanded metal, cut to length, bent to shape, required and tying with and including annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or fixing with galvanised steel staples, weight exceeding 4 Kg/Sqm, complete fixed to steel members, all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing precast cement concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) Set in cement mortar 1:4 in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces including necessary forms, moulds, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Brick work / stone masonry built in cement mortar and removing the debris from MD land, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash brick straight or curved on plan exc 6.0 mtr mean radius built in 1:6 cement mortar complete all as directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash brick straight or curved on plan to any radius in half bricks thick walls, built in 1:4 cement mortar complete all as directed.

M&L for dubbing out cement plaster (1:4), average 10 mm thick on irregular faces of walls (when specially ordered in writing) complete all as a specified and as directed

S&F Solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick wood grain printed PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications and drawing

S&F 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall panelling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame as per specification and drawing.

M&L 25mm thick cement concrete type B0, 1:2:4, (using 12.5 mm graded aggregate) as in sub base for floor. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for granite (of any type) work, 18-20 mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms, urinal partition and like in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite and making moulds on edges laid over and including 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Providing edge moulding to 18-20mm thickness of granite stone any description of counters vanities etc including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc complete all as directed.

M&L non skid ceramic coloured digital tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match coloured tiles, laid over and including screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450 x 300 x 7 mm thick / 600 x 300 x 7 mmThick as on vertical surfaces such as wall, dado ,skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match the colour of tiles, fixed over and incl 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Chipping of unsound /weak concrete materials including cover plaster from RCC structural member i.e. slabs, beams, columns, lintel, chajjas, fins, facia etc. of 50 mm average thickness (Any storey/ height of building/ structure) including tapering all edges, making square shoulders of cavities by air or sand blasting etc and cleaning of exposed concrete surface and reinforcement bars, lightly picking materials by air blasting or sand blasting including removal of foreign materials, loose concrete / aggregate etc., and disposal of all debris out side of MOD land and complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE: Measurement shall be considered for the surface area of RCC member)

M&L for applying chloride free rust removing chemical on rusting steel reinforcement bar as per manufacturer's specification and removing all rust from steel reinforcement bar by wire brush & sand/emery paper (after 24 hours of application of rust remover) and cleaning the area thoroughly by water with the help of pressure jet and allowing it to dry and making the reinforcement bar totally rust free (for any storey/ height of building/ structure) complete all as specified and as directed. (Make of Rust removing chemical :- Reebaklens RR of FOSROC or equivalent product other makes specified in tender) (NOTE: Surface area of cleaned steel reinforcement shall be measured for payment)

M&L for introducing new mild steel TMT reinforcement bars for structural connection in RCC beams, columns, lintel and slabs (for any storey/ height of building/ structure) including power drilling holes of appropriate diameters in reinforced or plain cement concrete to a minimum depth of 150mm and up to 200mm including power drilling, fixing the reinforcement in position using epoxy, cleaning of loose dust by blowing air, sealing with epoxy cartridges, plastic nozzles etc as per manufacturer's instructions etc all as specified and directed. (Make of epoxy chemical : Lockfix E75 of FOSROC / Hilti HY 150 or equivalent product other makes specified in tender) (NOTE: Reinforcement bars shall be paid separately)

M&L for preparation of old existing corroded and new introduced reinforcement surface (at any storey/ height of building/ structure) by brush and application of two component epoxy based zinc rich primer, of minimum specific gravity 1.75, adhesive bond strength with steel as 1.50N/mm2, as a protective coating to steel reinforcement bars in concrete with total zinc content in dry film >90% by volume and DFT per coat >50 microns complete all as specified and directed. (Make- Nitozinc primer of FOSROC or equivalent product in other makes specified in tender) (NOTE: Surface area of steel reinforcement shall be measured for payment)

M&L for applying a coat of epoxy bonding agent on existing concrete surfaces, with mixed density 1.48 Kg/litre and adhesive bond strength>2.50 MPs, mixed and applied as per manufacturer's specifications complete all as specified and directed. (Make- Nitobond EP of FOSROC or equivalent product in other makes specified in tender) (NOTE: Measurement shall be considered for the surface area of RCC member.

M&L for applying shrinkage controlled, polymer modified, fibre reinforced cementitious repair mortar, as per manufacturers instructions to get a compressive strength of 35 MPA after 28 days, finishing surfaces even and smooth complete all as specified and directed. (Make- Rendroc SP 40 of FOSROC or equivalent product in other makes specified in tender) (NOTE: Measurement shall be considered for the surface area of RCC member.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying 2 mm thick wall putty over plastered surfaces, finishing surfaces even and smooth and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper with roller over a coat of alkali resistant primer as per manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of removed existing treated plastered surfaces of walls and applying 1 mm thick wall putty over plastered surfaces, finishing surfaces even and smooth and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper with roller over a coat of alkali resistant primer as per manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coat of oil emulsion distemper with brush on old decorated surfaces of wall, including preparation of surface (by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke, soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying one coat of French polishing on surfaces of any description , width or girth including cleaning and preparing the surfaces including a coat of wood filler on one or more coats on old work, complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer composite) solid decorative type flush door shutter of size 30mm thick comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant. M&L for snap grid system with powder coated aluminium anodised main 'T' section 36mm x 25mm x 1.40mm cross tee 23.50mm x 23.50mm x 1.40mm thick and powder coated aluminium angle 25mm x 25mm x 1.40mm as on edges/sides, fixed to ceiling with supporting hangar 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: Ceiling board shall be measured separately)

S&F non asbestos fibre cement building board, 4mm thick, fixed to aluminium frame work with screw as in ceiling duly finished with two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat primer, complete all as specified.

Cutting openings, through brick walls built in cement mortar for door, window and other openings or enlarging existing openings, converting window into door openings etc or cutting out defective brick work for under pinning including providing, fixing and removing shoring cleaning and stacking bricks, removing surplus serviceable bricks, hard core, etc to store and rubbish out exc 50m, complete all as specified and directed.

Forming jambs etc to openings (to foregoing item) including cutting, toothing and properly bonding into old work, also facing jointing and pointing to match existing work in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Making good under cills or over arches, lintels and bressummers, including all pinning when necessary in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down GI Steel Water Tubing including Connections and Fittings, Segregating Serviceable Pipes & Fittings, Stacking properly at Site(s) and keep in Safe Custody for re-use, complete all as specified and as directed for the following size of pipes :-

(Note : Date of cleaning deemed to be include in quoted rate).

S&F in repairs 25 mm Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high-density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight 15mm-142gms / 20 mm - 2 1 0 gms / 25mm-455gms / 40mm - 690 gms), complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of 100mm bore cast iron (sand cast) soil, waste or reinforced concrete drain pipes, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches, if required all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of 150mm bore cast iron (sand cast) soil, waste or reinforced concrete drain pipes, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches, if required all as specified and directed.

S&F 100 mm bore cast iron (sand cast) soil, waste and vent pipes, in any length with or without ears, with cement joints, fixed to walls complete all as specified.

S&F 150 mm bore cast iron (sand cast) soil, waste and vent pipes, in any length with or without ears, with cement joints, fixed to walls complete all as specified.

S&F 100 mm dia CI bend, complete all as specified.

S&F 100 mm dia CI bend with ovel access door complete all as specified.
