Operation and Maintenance of central AC Plant of capacity 2 x 15 TR ment for Donier Chitra Laboratries to maintain the required temperature i.e. 20 degree Centigrade + 02 degree Centigrade with relative humidity 50% plus Minus 5% through out the year (7 days in a week round the clock 24 Hrs by deploying one operator ITI Qualified having minimum two years experience in operation of Central AC Plant in three shifts, each shift of eight hours for cooling during summer season. checking and attending normal repair and proper functioning of plant components etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Petty items required for maintenance i.e. cotton waste dausthi white grease/lubricating oil for external moving parts are deemed to be included in the item rates. The plant comprising of the following:- (i) Compressor 13 TR SMC - 4 - 65 with 15 HP electric Motor - 02 Nos (ii) Water circulating pump set mono block 5HP Motor Make: Beacon-02 Nos. One running at a time. (iii) AHU with blower motor 7.5 HP including ducting one lot. (iv) Electrical control panel comprising of starter single phase preventor and inter locking system including cabling - one lot (v) Cooling Tower FRP induced draft round bottle type with CT Motor-One Note:- (i) Maintenance to be carried out as specified and the maintenance record to be submitted to Engr-in-Charge in every month. (ii) Daily log sheet to be maintained as per Appx-A attached.

Operation and Maintenance of central AC Plant of capacity 2 x 50 TR ment for AFCNWP to maintain the required temperature i.e. 20 degree Centigrade + 02 degree Centigrade with relative humidity 50% plus Minus 5% through out the year (7 days in a week in two shifts from 0600 hrs to 2200 hrs by deploying one operator ITI Qualified having minimum two years experience in operation of Central AC Plant in each shift of eight hours for cooling during summer season. checking and attending normal repair and proper functioning of plant components etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Petty items required for maintenance i.e. cotton waste dausthi white grease/lubricating oil for external moving parts are deemed to be included in the item rates. Operation and Maintenance of Package type AC 4 x 10 TR meant for AF Signal Section to maintain the required temperature i.e. 20 degree Centigrade Plus Minus 02 degree Centigrade with relative humidity 50% plus Minus 5% through out the year (7 days in a week Two shifts from 0600 hrs to 2200 hrs by deploying one operator ITI Qualified having minimum two years experience in operation of Central AC Plant in each shift of eight hours for cooling during summer season. checking and attending normal repair and proper functioning of plant components etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge (Supply and fixing of any spare parts required shall be provided by the department through other sources separately). Petty items required for maintenance i.e. cotton waste dausthi white grease/lubricating oil for external moving parts are deemed to be included in the item rates. The plant comprising of the following:- Package Type AC Plant 4 x 10 TR ( AF Signal Section) (i) Air cooled package air conditioner unit cooling capacity 10 TR scroll type compressor complete indoor and outdoor unit make Blue Star - 04 Nos (ii) LT panel with control switches -01 No. (iii) Air duct made out of 24/22/20 SWG - 01 Lot. Note:- (i) Maintenance to be carried out as specified and the maintenance record to be submitted to Engr-in-Charge in every month. (ii) Daily log sheet to be maintained as per Appx-A attached

Operation and Maintenance of Central AC Plant of capacity 3 x 24 TR meant for Donier FTD Bldg to maintain the required temperature i.e. 20 degree Centigrade + 02 degree Centigrade with relative humidity 50% plus/ Minus 5% through out the year (7 days in a week in one shift from 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs by deploying one operator ITI Qualified having minimum two years experience in operation of Central AC Plant in each shift of eight hours for cooling during summer season. checking and attending normal repair and proper functioning of plant components etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Petty items required for maintenance i.e. cotton waste dausthi white grease/lubricating oil for external moving parts are deemed to be included in the item rates. ITI Qualified having minimum two years experience in operation of Central AC Plant in each shift of eight hours for cooling during summer season. checking and attending normal repair and proper functioning of plant components etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Petty items required for maintenance i.e. cotton waste dausthi white grease/lubricating oil for external moving parts are deemed to be included in the item rates. Notes for item No 01 to 05 (Contd...) : - Note for item No 1.00 to 5.00 of BOQ (i) The cost of petty items required for smooth functioning of installation such as cotton waste, dhoti, grease/lubricating oil, broom for sweeping, uniform to operators, stationery for upkeep of records etc are deemed to be included in the quoted rate of above items. (ii) The contractor shall maintain the attendance register of personnel deployed for the work and the same shall be put upto the Engineer-In-Charge as and when asked. (iii) A complaint register will be maintained by the contractor and obtain the signature of JE/ AGE E/M. Two mobile Nos and one email ID to be maintained by the contractor to communicate the complaints/breakdown. After attending the complaints the contractor will obtain the signature from the AGE E/M every day as token of complaints attended. (iv) The operator should be ITI qualified with 02 years of experience. (v) Contractor shall submit police verification certificates of personnel employed before commencement of works. (vi) Contractor shall provide uniform to the personnel employed without any extra cost to the Deptt. and cost of the same is deemed to be included in the rate quoted of above items and for non wearing of uniform by the personnel employed by the contractor a penalty of Rs. 500.00 shall be levied per person per shift. (vii) The contractor shall ensure proper functioning of safety devices. (viii) The contractor shall stick/paste safety instructions at inside the plants with the contact number of operator/mechanic. (ix) Working hours of a particular team of workers shall not exceed 08 hours per day and no workman shall be allowed to work beyond 08 hours. (x) All the provision of Contract Labout Act shall be strictly adhered to.

Notes for item No 01 to 05 (Contd...) : - (xi) Prior to commencement of work, copy of valid Electrical License in the name of the contractor or copy of agreement in the agency having valid Electrical License alongwith agencies Electrical Licenses shall be submitted by the contractor to the Accepting Officer through Engineer-in-Charge. In case contractor does not possess valid Electrical License & he intends to get such work executed through agency having valid electrical license & whom he has agreement, prior approval of such agency shall be got done from Accepting Officer. Copy of license shall be kept on record by Engr-in-Charge for future reference (xii) For absence of manpower on any manning day a recovery of twice the amount of existing minimum fair wages of the particular category shall be recovered from the contractors dues. (xiii) The contractor/firm will have to make payments to their staff / employees by cheque or through NEFT in their bank account. No payment to contractor / firm will be made, unless proof of payment of wages through bank account is submitted by the contractor / firm. (xiv) The Government of India vide their Notification No F.No 1/36(3)/2019-LS-II dated 23 Sep 2019 has notified minimum fair wages to be paid to the labour. The rate analysis has been done based on minimum fair wages which is kept in the office of GE. If the contractor quotes rates less than minimum fair wages, then the fixed deposit of the difference amount rounded up near one thousand i.e. Amount based on Rate Analysis prepared on minimum wages Minus (-) Quoted Rates by the contractor, will be deposited for a period of 05 years before Acceptance in favor of GE (AF) Palam, Delhi Cantt. The Accepting Officer has full power to accept any tender as per rates in vogue. The rates quoted by the tenderer shall include the above provisions and nothing extra will be paid on these accounts.
