8358 REPAIR TO DRAIN, CLEANING OF AREA DRAIN, SEWAGE LINE CLEANING, MS COVER, DRAIN RCC COVER, BOUNDARY WALL, HARD STANDING, POLY-CARBONATE SHEET, VICAT FENCING, GATES ETC UNDER AGE B/R-I AT ND MBI

Demolition of brick work/stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles including coping complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound all as specified and directed.

M&L desilting and cleaning the septic tank/manholes/sump/open drain of any size/shape/depth by removing, waste, night soil, sludge mechanically or manually with all necessary precaution as per rule in vouge as directed including depositing the sludge by excavation with depth not less than 30 cms with necessary arrangement to avoid adours such as refilling excavated earth on deposited sludge and removing surplus soil to a distance out side MD Area and deposited where directed complete all as specified. Note:- For purpose of measurement and payment Each Time of the cleaning of chockup shall be considered. Note:-If required contractor shall arrange non summersible sewage pump for cleaning sludge in sewage sump.

Cleaning/clearing blocked sewage lines 100mm to 250mm dia (PVC/SGSW/RCC hume pipe) any depth by rodding between manhole to manhole manually and pumping out sludge, water from manholes, sump well, septic tank (where required ) including providing trolley mounted pump set with suction pipe of adequate length and minimum 30 metre delivery pipe including clearing spot blockages of WC, floor traps, Nahani trap, Gully trap and drainage pipes etc, with and including 2 skilled safaiwala daily from 0900 hr to 1730 hr including disposal of debris, spoils and sludge hygienically complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Contractor/his authorise supervisor of the work will report daily at complaint cell AGE B/R-I GE(NW) Kunjali at 0830 hr to receive day to day complaints. (ii) All sewage complaints must be attended immediately on receipt but not later than 24 hour. (iii) Recovery (penalty) for not attending complaint beyond 24 hours shall be Rs 200.00 per complaint per day delayed. (iv) In case any person becomes absent or not found on duty, recovery (penalty) will be imposed double the quoted rate by contractor. Remarks made by concerned JE/EIC in this regard will be final

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and n exec 3m deep in for foundation etc getting out in hard dense soil .

Removing excavated material n.exc 50m and n.exc 250m and depositiing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed
