Grouting of ST Pole (wherever required) with cement, sand and brick ballast/stone ballast in ration 1:4:8 including the cost of arrangement of cement, sand, brick ballast/stone ballast, stone pad etc. As per actual site requirement.

Fixing & Jumphering of 33 KV Pole Mounted Metering Units CTR 40/1 Amp

Errection and grouting of stays as per RESPO Norms and as per direction of supervising engineer. Grouting material i.e. cement, sand, brick ballast/stone ballast etc. shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

Fixing of earthing rod as per RESPO Norms and as per direction of supervising engineer.

Providing & Fixing of 140mm O/D Pn-4 PE-80 Grade UV Stablized HDPE pipe as per IS: 4984 in 6 Meter

Laying, sagging and stringing and jumpering / binding etc. of new & old ACSR Weasal conductor / GI in 11 KV / LT lines as per RESPO manual and as per direction of supervising engineer.

Earthing by way of boring and lowering of "B" class GI Pipe 50 mm dia. Into the ground upto the water level (Minimum 30 meter deep) to the lower end of which a slid copper cone approx 9 inches long and 750 gram in weight providing and screwed in connecting and bringing out continuous copper wire 8 SWG from the cone to the ground surface where it will be bolted to the MS Earth Strip of T/P neutral connection. The earth strip will be welded to the GI pipe. The work also includes providing cap and clamp for pouring water, the cost of all material with all labour and T&P etc. complete in all respect.

Construction of plinth of size 5' * 5 * 4' above ground level one ft below the ground level of 9" After Exavation of 4 "earth brick ballast shall be provided and rammering will be done properly After ballast shall be provided and rammering will be done properly After that a retaining wall 9"width by fist class brick in ratio 1:4 of cement & sand shall be made . The earth shall be filled up to one ft.below the top of the plinth After this brick ballast shall be provided upto 6"from the earth level and proper rammering shall be done one No. jall of 12 mm MS tor shall be fixed in the hollow of plinth and one ft. thick RCC in ratio of cement sand & stone ballast shall be laid on the top of the plinth. The 12 mm thick plastering shall be done all round the plinth in 1:4 ratio of cement and sand.

Earthing of medium Power Transformers

Net Fencing Shall be 1150*1200 mm made of 35*35 mm MS Angle covered by expended netal 14 SWG up to full Height 1200 mm duly steftened by MS flat by an 8 SWG dia bolt & nut

INSTALLATION OF LIGHTENING ARRESTORS With Structure:- Assembling and installation/mounting of 3 Nos lightening arrestors on the LA structure/Terminal Gantry complete with making earth connections (separate) and line connections. The work also includes providing & fabrication of 3 nos MS plates of size 300x450 mm, 10 mm thick for placing lightening.

INSTALLATION OF POST INSULATOR/C.T.s With Structure:- Installation of 3 Bis Post insulators/C.T.s on the structures. The work also includes providing & fabrication of 3 Nos MS plates of size 300x450 mm, 10 mm thick for placing post insulation/CTs if required.

INSTALLATION OF FUSE SET:- Assembling and installation of fuse set on the fuse set structure. The work includes fabrication of proper fixing if required.

Terminal gentry to line isolator through lightening arrestors/33 KV post insulators.

Providing & Fixing of Philler Box

Construction of cable trench having internal size 230 x 230 mm with 115 mm brick wall (Ist class) in ratio 1:6 Cement mortor both side upto 230 mm height including excavation of earth and 75 mm CC work in foundation ratio 1:6:12 including plastering on both sides of the brick wall and upper side CC foundation in 1:2:4 M.S. flat of size 35x6 mm be fixed at a height of 150 mm after fabrication by cutting & drilling of 2 Nos holes 6 mm dia. The top cover shall be provided over the trench with 40 mm thick stone plate (patia) resting on both sides of trench.

PAINTING OF STRUCTURE:- Painting of the following structures with one coat of ready mixed primer and two coats of Aluminium paint of good quality including cost of material, labour and T&P complete in all respect.

Round Pole Plinth

Installation of extra ''T'' on the erected poles wherever required alongwith all fitting as per direction of supervising engineer including the cost of labour, T&P etc, required for proper completion of work. The "T" pole shall be grouted with cement, sand and brick ballast/stone ballast in ratio 1:4:8 including the cost of material.
