PART- I Mannual operation of electrically operated lifts fully automatic capacity 13 passengers/ 06 Passengers/ 08 Passengers/ Goods lifts of any capacity to serve any Nos of floor 08 hrs daily in one shift from 0830 Hrs to 1630 Hrs including Sundays & holidays (reliever shall be provided to the attendent by the contractor on sundays and holidays) including taking care from any pilferage, theft or damage of lifts etc complete all as directed for the following buildings:- (a) Boat Pool Workshop

All as per item No 1.00 above but for 4 bldgs 02 shift per day for 11months from 0600 Hrs to 1400 Hrs and 1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs for the following buildings:- (a) ATC Tower INS Shikra (b) DSC bldg INS Shikra (c) Sailor Block INS Shikra (d) Reveira Bldg

PART II Repairs & Routine maintenance of lifts including carrying out daily check and periodical services of fully automatic electrically operated lifts Make OTIS 08 Passenger capacity having daul power operated door, automatic levelling device and microprocessor based simplex collective control system with repair and replacements of unserviceable parts such as bearings,brushes all types of shoes, headers, hangers, door cards,door locks, control cards, door ropes, connector/ links, hall push buttons and its spares covers, rewinding of motors, welding of cracked/ broken parts repair replacement of door safety edge working at any principal and any type sensor or mechanical safety lock magnetic lock or contact COP buttons, Hall push buttons, car position indicator, door sill, car door sill,shaft wiring cables, cabin light, cabin fan, repairs/fixed of brocken granite cladding with edge chamfered / rounded match with exisitng with cement by mortar 1:4 complete including mirror, red/green carpet in cabin complete etc including necessary wiring and cables as per requirement for safe operation of lifts complete to ensure safety and smooth operation of lifts at ATC Tower (G+5) (06 Floors) (01 lift) complete all as specified and directed

All as per item No 3 herein before but for 08 passengers (544 Kg) EROS make to serve G+05 floors (i.e. 06 floors) installed at DSC Bldg at INS Shikra (Total 01 lift).

All as per item No 3 herein before but for 08 passengers (544 Kg) John Fleming make to serve G+07 floors (i.e. 08 floors) installed at Sailor Block at INS Shikra (Total 01 lift).

All as per item No 3 herein before but for goods lift (1000 Kg) John Fleming make to serve G+07 floors (i.e. 08 floors) with collapsible door installed at Sailor Block at INS Shikra (Total 01 lift).

All as per item No 3 herein before but for goods lift (1500 Kg) OTIS make to serve G+02 floors (i.e. 03 floors) installed at Boat Pool Workshop (Total 01 lift).

All as per item No 3 herein before but for 04 passengers Stiguler make with Collapsible door to serve G+05 floors (i.e. 06 floors) installed at Reveira Bldg (Total 02 lifts). Note for item No 3 to 8: (i) Cost of spare parts / material required for above mentioned maintenance is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. No additional cost of spares is admissible for the above maintenance. (ii) One mechanic shall be available round the clock at lift complaint cell to the safe & smooth functioning of the lift to carry - out rescue operation.

Note for above items:- (a) There shall be two category of operators :- (i) One category is Rescue Operator who shall be invariably ITI qualified and trained for Rescue Operation for all the building - Each shift. (ii) The other category is for Lift mechanic (skilled) duly trained for all building (b) Rescue operator having ITI qualification with at least 02 (Two) years practical experience shall posses thorough knowledge to rescue user in case of emergency like anybody getting trapped in lifts (Rescue Operator) for all building - Each Shift (c) Passes will be processed alongwith (after verification on signed certificate, verified ITI certificate only. Pass shall not be granted without submission of ITI qualification proof & experience certificate. (d) Contractor shall submit ID proof, Residential proof, Bank A/C details to department and obtain approval of Engrr-in-Charge before employing a person as Lift mechanic and Rescue Operator. (e) Payment to Lift mechanic and Rescue Operators shall be done by crossed cheque only which shall not be less than minimum fare wages as per Act in vouge. The contractor shall submit proof to Engineer-in-Charge before claiming any payment. After entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge the payment action shall be processed further. (f) Rescue Operators shall be trained for rescue passangers of lift by an enlisted OEM / Lift maintenance contractor / Lift maintenance having approval lift licence issued by lift inspector of PWD and certificate for the same be submitted with proposal for passes.

(g) Lift mechanic shall be available as per the shift timings specified in the tender and he will report to JE E/M in-Charge or Lift Cell in-Charge. In case of emergency he will function according to their direction. If he is found absent or move without intimating to in-Charge of Lift Cell or JE E/M he will be treated as absent for the said shift and recovery to this effect for Rs 1500/- per shift shall affected. (h) Payment as per quoted rate shall also be deducted in addn to the penalty as specified above. (j) In case of malfunctioning if any noticed, lift operator shall intimate to the lift cell. (k) In case of any necessity for rescue operation or accident, Rescue Operator shall be capable of rescue the passenger and reacting to the situation (accident etc) (l) Contractor shall submit the labour licenece and Copy of GST Regn registered number issued by concerned authority. (m) Insurance coverage, compensation if any applicable or necessitated due to mis operation of lift shall be the responsibility of contractor. The quantum of compensation shall be assessed based on the BOO composing of Lift Inspector of Maharashtra State, representatives of both agencies carrying out M&O works and routine maintenance work of lift and members from department.

(vii) Payment as per quoted rate shall also be deducted in addition to the penalty as specified above. (viii) In case of malfunctioning if any noticed, lift operator shall intimate to the lift cell. (vix) In case of any necessity for rescue operation or accident, Rescue Operator shall be capable of rescue the passenger and reacting to the situation (accident etc) (x) Contractor shall submit the labour licenece as applicable according to latest labour laws /act & Copy of GST Regn registered number issued by concerned authority. (xi) Insurance coverage, compensation if any applicable or necessitated due to mis operation of lift shall be the responsibility of contractor. The quantum of compensation shall be assessed based on the BOO composing of Lift Inspector of Maharashtra State, representatives of both agencies carrying out M&O works and routine maintenance work of lift and members from department. (xii) Contractor has to submit proof of payment of EPF subscription made by him as applicable as per latest labour laws and act alongwith RAR failing which RAR will not be progressed for payment. (xiii) The rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to be included provision of all latest labour laws / regulations including all relevant taxes as applicable.

Taking out unserviceable travelling cable from hoist way, supply and fixing new travelling cable PVC insulated 16 core flat type with stranded copper conductor, 1100 Volts grade of size 0.75 sqmm and earthing 1.0 sqmm confirming to relevant IS in and including thimbles, suspended type freely move with car cabin up and down movement between ground and upper floor including necessary proper connection with mid way junction and other connection required in circuit complete all as specified and directed

Disconnecting and taking out unserviceable hall push button assembly and supply fix with new hall push button assembly complete with stainless steel face plate to match with the existing and connecting up with existing control / electric system including cutting of wall and making good disturbed surface of masonry work to match with existing surface complete all as specified and directed

Supplying & fixing beam infra red sensor up to full length of car door complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing new cabin fan non oscillating type axial flow, single speed 300 mm sweep 240 Volts ISI marked from car cabin with all accessories complete all as specified and directed

Suplying & fix in replacement variable voltage,variable frequency drive VVVF suitable for upto 15 HP Motor of make YASKAWA Japan or equivalent complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling and taking out ARD control systemand commissioning and testing of new ARD system inculdind PC cards/didoes suitable for upto 15 HP motor including wiring with connected item in existing building complete all as specified and directed. Make Adcon
