SITC of electromechanical manual / remote operated traffic aluminium boom barrier of following length complete with main machine controller unit with IP 54 protection enclosure, boom rest, base plate, fixing hub with base plate and fixing bolts & nuts , barrier, photo sensor , warning lights along with all necessary associated accessories including 1 KVA single phase stabilizer etc. suitable for operation on 230 V, single phase, 50 Hz AC Power supply system, installation at the existing entry gate with suitable concrete pedestal, interconnection testing and commissioning etc as required.

SH II : S/L of Cable and associated works

Supply of 4C X 16 sqmm size of 1.1 KV grade, XLPE insulated PVC sheathed armoured Aluminium conductor cable confirming to IS 7098(part -I) 1988 amended upto date.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 4C x 16 sq.mm size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc. as required.

a) Upto 35 sq. mm

Laying & fixing of one number PVC insulated & PVC sheated/ XLPE power Cable of 1.1 KV grade of size upto 35 sq.mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle) on wall surface as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of size up to 35sq. mm size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/HDPE pipe as required.

Supplying and laying of 50 mm dia. size, PN6 PE80, Rigid HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bends, couplers etc., conforming to IS 4984:1995 complete with fittings & jointings including excavating the paved road/cement concrete of size not exceeding 0.2 mtrs width and 0.5mtrs depth, providing cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and disposal of excess soil as directed within lead of 50mtrs etc., as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and fixing of following ways surface/ recess mounting, horizontal type, 415 volts, TPN MCB distribution board of sheet steel, dust protected, duly powder painted, inclusive of suitable tinned copper bus bar, common neutral link, earth bar, din bar for mounting MCB's (but without MCB's and incomer ) i/c cable termination end box as required .

Supplying and fixing following rating, four pole, 415V, isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying & Fixing 5A to 32A rating, 240/415 V, 10KA, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc as required.
