Repairs,overhauling and servicing of 800 KVA,3 phase,50 Hz,11KV/433V outdoor type bulk oil(ONAN) copper wound, dust and vermin proof, DELTA-STAR(Dyn11) connection and neutral brought out for earthing including dismantling the unit, opening the same in the workshop, cleaning of all mechanical and electrical parts, painting of complete set, to make it fully functional in all respect,including one year defect liability period. Checking of 11 KV side provided with 12 KV XLPE cable end box and LT side. Repair and checking of Bus duct, buchholtz relay for alarm and trip, marshalling box, conservator, oil and winding temperature indicators, magnetic oil level Indicator, Lifting lugs, earthing studs, winding connections, bi-directional roller etc of HT distribution Transformer and filling of fresh shortfall transformer oil including rewinding and any other repair. The said Job also includes the transportation charges, insurance, contractor’s overhead and profit, all the taxes applicable, loading and unloading by way of crane at site, workshop and vise versa. The service provider shall responsible for replacement of defective/damaged instrument/parts during liability period of one year.

Supply and installation of Copper Maintenance free Chemical Earthing System. Electrode size length 3000x dia 50mm with CU pipe Thickness 2.10mm. CU inner and terminal strip size 32x6mm with GSI backfill compound 2 No’s Bag (40-45kg) per Earthing. The Chemical Earthing system tested and certify/ recommended resistance value in normal soil 00.95 ohms max. decaying -0.02 per year, Conductivity as per Is 3043 Code.
