Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed , within a lead of 50m - all kinds of soil

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m.

Extra for every additional lift of 1.5m or part there of in excavation / banking excavated or stacked materials - all kinds of soil.

Acid cleaning for the existing Mosaic floors , glazed tiles work and removing the stains and decays to give a glassy look etc complete (The Acid used shall be 32% concentrated hydrochloric acid after taking on the precautionary measures)

Providing and fixing PTMT bib cock of approved quality and colour - 15mm nominal bore, 90 mm long , weighing not less than 93 gms

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type ) on the exterior side of building / structure , upto 25 metre height, above ground level , including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia M.S.tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre ,horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S.Tubes, M.S.Tube Challis, M.S.Clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and / or pointing and / or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required , if feasible , for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete. Note:(1) The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose.(2) The payment will be made once only for execution of all items of such works.

Chipping of unsound / weak concrete material from slabs , beams , columns etc. with manual Chisel and / or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges , making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete - 25 mm average thickness

Cleaning of reinforcement from rust from the reinforcing bars to give it a total rust free steel surface by using alkaline chemical rust remover of approved make with paint brush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry , all complete – Bars upto 12mm diameter

Providing , mixing and applying SBR polymer (of approved make @ minimum 2% by wt.of cement used) modified plain / reinforced cement concrete for structural members having minimum characteristic compressive strength ( with ordinary portland cement , coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 10 mm maximum size in proportion as per design criteria) with specified average thickness . Note: Rates shall be for finished surface area of concrete and shall include the cost of labour , concrete and appropriate approved Super - Plasticiser for rendering concrete as flowable and SBR polymer but shall exclude cost of reinforcement , bond coat , Shear Keys , centering and shuttering , strutting , propping etc., (Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding / tapping with a blunt metal instrument) - 75 mm thick in Grade M 25 with cement content not less than 330 kg per cum

Providing , mixing and applying SBR polymer (of approved make ) modified Cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 (1 cement : 4 graded coarse sand with polymer minimum 2% by wt.of cement used) as per specifications . Note: Measurement and Payment : The Pre-meaurement of thickness shall be done just after the surface preparation is completed and payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding / tapping with a blunt metal instrument and / or the 75mm size cube crushing strength at the end of 28 days to be not less than 30 N / Sqmm) - 12mm average thickness

Supply of Quarry rubbish including stacking to department gauge for premeasurement and spreading required thickness.

Disposal of Moorum / building rubbish / similar unserviceable dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting unloading within a lead of 10km for all lifts, complete all as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Applying a polymer based anticorrosive coating material of CERA / SIKA FOSROC / mc Bauchmie / DON BASF or EQUIVALENT make certified and tested by accredited institutions mixing mechanically until it is homogeneous and applying the same as one rich coat on prepared steel surface with brush with all lead and lift etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer - in - charge (Measurement as per the total area of treatment).
