A/R and M/O various Building under PWD Sub Division North West Building-5 during 2026-27. (SH- Hiring Inspection Vehicle for the Senior Architect (North Zone), PWD).

Hiring the inspection vehicle (Mid Size Sedan) having commercial registration of approved make (Maruti Swift Dezire, Hyundai Xcent, Honda Amaze or Equivalent Models manufactured, not earlier than 2023) including the cost of fuel, oil, maintenance, Toll Taxes and wages of Driver, all complete upto 2080 km per month, and minimum 8 working hours per day (The Rates are inclusive of GST and other Applicable Taxes/ Cess) as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. No extra payment shall be made if the vehicle required on Holiday. NOTE: 1) The copy of Driving License, Registration Certificate, Pollution Certificate and Insurance of vehicle will be deposited in office by the agency before execution of the work. 2) The agency shall be fully responsible for violation of any traffic/Govt. rules applicable on vehicle. 3) The vehicle shall be provide by agency neat and clean condition otherwise penalty shall be made of Rs.300/- per day. 4) If the vehicle is out of order and as per Govt. of NCT of Delhi like- Odd-Even, etc., the contractor shall provide a substitute vehicle immediately. In case vehicle does not provide on time / does not report at all. Recovery shall be made @ Rs.3000/- Per day from the bill.

Extra for providing services of vehicle beyond 8 working hours duty in a day as and when required as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Rate is over and above basic Item No.1).
