The Railway reserves the right to order either the Entire or the Bulk Quantity on the Approved vendors(or their Authorized Agent) of RDSO vendor directory Item ID 3100410. Status of approval of tenderer shall be reckoned as on the date of tender opening and not thereafter, unless it is a case of downgrading/ removal/ suspension/ banning. Authorized Agent must attach the Tender specific Authorizations long with the offer otherwise offer will be summarily rejected. Please refer to Para 2.1 of Electronic Tender condition ITT_Rev_1.21_April_2024 along with all correction slips.

Tenderers not uploading/attach the requisite documents with their offer may note that their offers are liable to be rejected without any further reference.

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

FOR destination rates may be quoted as material is required at the premises of consignee.

Purchaser reserves the right to issue any Corrigendum to the tender up to five days prior to the due date of opening of the tender, excluding the date of opening. Tenderers are also advised, in their own interest, to regularly check, till the opening of the tender the website www.ireps.gov.in to see whether any such corrigendum to the tender has been issued or not and for submitting their e- bids or revising their e-bids.

Purchaser reserves the right to cancel the tender for full or part quantity without assigning any reason. The rates quoted by the tenderers for the full quantity would be taken as valid even for part quantity

Bidders shall strive to make green initiatives such as those that conserve trees, water, energy/electricity, etc or those that result in clean air, water, soil and environment, etc and make efforts for promoting environmental awareness, in view of making our earth greener. Single use plastic should not be used in the packing of the material.
