Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical specification clause 301.5

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401.

Replacement of Expansion Joints Complete as per drawing. Lifting of superstructure span by jacking up from below i.e. by placing the jacks on pier/abutment caps for span length of 30m.

Providing and Laying of a strip seal Expansion Joint catering to maximum horizontal movement upto 70mm complete as per approved drawing and standered specification to be installed by the manufacturer/ suplier or their authorised representative ensuring complince to the manufactorer instruction for installation

Replacement of Bearings complete as per Technical Specification. Lifting of superstructure span by jacking up from below i.e. by placing the jacks on pier/abutment caps for span length of 30m.

Cleaning oiling Greasing of bearings under each span of bridge. The wok indtudee siting of spans from both eeds deaning the bearing thoroughly hom grease, dust 4 ober Asvige materials and scoured with des sand paper and ortton wasts and preaparing bearing rurface greasing including minor repars with required material appication of graphite grease etc. at T&P necessary for proper completion of work

Providing and laying boulder appron for bed protection with stone boulder of minimum size and weight as per table 1300.1no frament weighing less than 40kg laid dry complete as per drawing and technical specification class 1301

Construction of Back wall Durt Wall of M-30 concrete as per technical specification….

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in sub-structure complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications

Painting or Vernishing new iron work in small areas or new wood work with one coat (up to one Sq. meter) of ready mixed priming paint and two coat of approved superior quality ready mixed paint or varnish including supply of all materials labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. Paint to be used should confirm the ISI no. 103-1950.

Earth work in excavation in trenches for foundation in ordinary soil including lift upto 1.5m lead upto 50m and dressing of sides and ramming of bottom and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed by Engineer-in-charge with in a distance of 50m.

Sand filling in plinth including supply of necessary quantity of sand from a distance not exceeding 8km (5 miles) from the side of work & including watering ,dressing etc. Rate to include cost of all materials, labour and tools & plants,etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and laying in cement concrete 1:4:8 (graded stone ballast 40 mm nominal size : 6 fine sand : 1 cement ) and curing complete including supply of all material, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as directed by Engineer

Class 150 brick work in 1:4 cement and coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all material, labour, curing and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and laying in cement concrete 4:2:1 (4 graded stone grit 20 mm nominal size : 2 sand : 1 cement ) and curing complete including supply of all material, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as directed by Engineer-in-charge

12mm thick plaster with cement and fine sand in 1:4 including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work (S.I.No. 584)

Random course Rubble massonary in 1:4 cement and fine sand mortar in foundation and plinth, including supply of all materials, labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.
