Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed: All kinds of soil.

Providing, Laying and fitting of G.I. Pipes complete including cost of standard quality B grade pipes, white lead, hemp, oil etc. but excluding cost of earth work. This item also includes all types of pipe specials and carriage, required for successful commissioning of pipe lines. i. 40mm dia G.I. Pipes.

ii. 25mm dia G.I. Pipes.

iii. 20mm dia G.I. Pipes.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering lead upto 50Mtrs and lift upto 1.5m.

Providing, fixing of MS flanges made out of 12mm thick Mild Steel, including cost of nuts and bolts, R.I. Cloth, Rubber Washers and cutting and threading. This item also includes all types of carriage and laying and fitting of pipes Complete Job. (Flanges will be used only if all other measures failed, to be certified by AEE Concerned). i. 100/80mm dia

Welding of existing joints including earth work and pipe specials (if required). i. 100/80mm dia welded Joints

Making connection of G.I. distribution branch with G.I. main of following sizes by providing and fixing Tee, including cutting and threading the pipe and making welded connection that includes cost of hire charges of welding set / generator complete job. i. 15/20/25 and 40mm dia nominal bore.

Providing, fixing of M.S fittings viz bends / tees / MS connections of suitable degrees / size to be fabricated out of 8mm thick plate as per the requirement of site. This item includes cost of lead, spun yarn and lead caulking, lead beating with insertion of spun yarn etc. The fittings should be leak proof and should be painted with Anticorrosive Red Oxide Primer and bituminous paint and including all carriages, leads lifts, etc. complete. (The quantities are approximate and may vary as per the profile and as per the site conditions.)

Providing fixing of Regulatory valves including cost of Flanged joints/Pipe Specials necessary including cost of nuts, bolts & washers complete Job. i. 100mm dia (Swachaldara SR)

Structural steel work in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. (Welded).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: i. 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Carriage of material from source upto site of work by mechanical transport including loading, unloading and stacking. i. 20mm Aggregate for an avg. lead of 06Kms.

ii. Sand for an avg. lead of 12Kms.
