Supply and fixing in replacement LED street light 90 W 230 V with surge protection not less than 4KV in built in driver & minimum 10KV separate in the light housing, powder coated pressure die cast aluminum housing, IP-65 proctection, high power LED street light with heat resistent toughened glass lens and making electrical connections complete all as specified and as directed. Make :- As per Appendix 'B' as approved by AO. Notes:- 1. Driver shall be potted anti vibration type. 2. LM-79 and LM-80 for 50000 burning hours. 3. CRI (Colour rendring index) of fixture shall be > 70. 4. CCT (Colour correlated temperature of fixture shall be 5700 + 300K. 5. System Lumen efficiency shall be > 100 Lm/Watt. 6. 10KV seperate surge protection shall be provided as a part of fittings. 7. PCB used shall be MC PCB type 8. The fittings shall have arrangement so that maintance required , if any can be carried out from top cover.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n.exc. 1.5mtr wide and n. exc. 1.5mtr in depth and getting out for laying of cables complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply,laying & fixing in replacement double wall corrugated (DWC) pipes made of high density polythyline (HDPE) with all accessories i.e. all type of joints,Sockets,Elbows,bends and End caps etc.. all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.of size75 mm outer dia and 63 mm inner dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying, in replacement, of LT underground cable XLPE insulated, inner PVC sheathed, galvanized steel strip armoured, PVC sheathed electric power cable with stranded compact aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade 25 Sq mm 4 core confirming to IS:7098 (Part-I) with latest amendements, suitable for earthed system laid in duct/trench/along pole etc . Note : 1. The cost of Aluminium thimbles/lugs and cable gland etc is included in quoted rate and no extra payment will be made for it. 2. Excavation, earth work, DWC protection pipe will be measured and paid separately under respective items.

All as per Srl Item No 06 here-in-before but of size 10 sqmm 4 core compete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement PVC insulated, PVC sheathed, Standard copper conductor wire 1.5 sqmm size, three core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement PVC insulated, PVC sheathed, Solid aluminium conductor wire 6 sqmm size two core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement PVC conduit not less than 20mm dia along pole including 03 nos of MS clamps for each pole, size as per site requirement and connection of light from junction box to bracket complete all as specified and as directed.

Suppy and fixing in repair/replacement street light bracket made to shape at required angle made out of 40mm dia ( light grade ) GI tubing of length not less than 1.5m long suitable for fixing /holding street light fittings including mild steel flate iron 50 x 6 mm clamp 02 Nos with bolts, nuts and washer complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement thermoplastic outdoor cable junction box hinged/screwed door type of size 200x160x 98 mm for 3 Phase and Nutral incoming cable, 3 Phase and Neutral outgoing cable with terminals and single Phase & Neutral connection for light fitting, 4 pole, 415 volt and one MCB SP 6 Amp, 240 Volt and clamp system (screw less), shock proof safe IP-55, weather proof, rust, dust and water proof internally embedded gasket with provision metric knockouts for cable entry through gland suitable for 16sq mm to 25sq mm cable as required at site complete all as specified & directed. Make :- As per Appendix 'B' as approved by AO.

Supply & Fix in replacement flood Light Luminaire 200 watt/210 Watt with high power LED warm /cool light , supply voltage 220/240/50 Hz, light engine driver base pole adapter, pressure die cast polycarbonate, powder coated in IP 66 life of 50000 hrs incliding protection of O/C, S/C, O/V, over temperature and lightning protection inbuilt complete all as specified and directed. Make :- As per Appendix 'B' as approved by AO.

Supply & Fix in replacement flood Light Luminaire 350 watt with high power LED warm /cool light , supply voltage 220/240/50 Hz, light engine driver base pole adapter, pressure die cast polycarbonate, powder coated in IP 66 life of 50000 hrs incliding protection of O/C, S/C, O/V, over temperature and lightning protection inbuilt complete all as specified and directed.
