SUB WORK NO 2-Pumpig machinary

Item No. 1 :- Submersible Pumpset Providing, erecting and giving test of submersible pump set conforming to IS 8034 and motor conforming to IS 9283, with water proof winding. Pump shall be suitable fopr various delivery head and discharge with stainless steel shaft. Motor suitable for working on 415 V+/- 10%, Ph, 50 Hz A.C. Supply, with cable guard, thrust carbon/fiber bearing to withstand entire hydraullc thrust. The pump set shall be suitable for direct coupling, with suitable suction strainer. Pump should have suitable discharge out let as per manufacturer'sdesign.Antithrust stream lined non return valve shall be provided with the pump 3 m. Submersible copper conductor cable, in single/double run and 2 pair of erection clamp 65 mm width 10 mm thick shall be provided with each pump. 5.00HP Submercible Pump

Item No. 2 :-Sluice Valve Sluice valve of PN 1 rating with rising spindle generally conforming to IS 780 for sizes 50 mm to 300 mm dia and IS 2906 for various sizes and above with concrete supports. 65 mm dia on delivery

Item No. 3 :-Reflux valves Reflux valve of PN 1 rating generally conforming to IS - 5312 with renewable gun metal sealing face on swing door with concrete supports (DSR,MJP for Electrical & Mechanical works, P-15) 65 mm dia on delivery

Item No. 4 :- Pressure Gauge Providing Errecting 100 mm dia diaphram type specially designed for swage pumping Pressure Gauge of various capacities

Item No. 5A :- GI Pipe B class 65 mm Providing ISI mark GI Pipe of following class and dia including all local and central taxes, octroi, inspection charges transportation to stores etc. complete (IS- 1239-2004)
