WORK FOR SUPPLY AND ERECTION OF 01 NO. 132 KV BAY (SAS BASED) FOR TSS SISAUNA (RLY) AT 220 KV S S CHANDPUR (SAS BASED) UNDER ETD BIJNOR

PART-A WORK

1) Erection of main auxiliary structure lattice type and auxiliary structure.

a) Shorting and staking of structures.

b) Shifting of all material, equipment from store site to work site

c) Erection of 132 KV main auxiliary structure and lattic type structure ATM- 02 Nos., AXM- 02 Nos., XPM- 02 Nos., YMM- 02 Nos., BTM-01 No., BTI-01 No., BBL- 02 Nos., ALP- 05 Nos. & BCT- 06 Nos. Consisting of column, beam peak mast etc. and auxiliary structure for installing of CT’S, PT’S, L.A. etc. The job consist of erection of structure as per drawing with the help of G.I. nut & bolt, flat, spring washer, matching the hole, cutting and matching of member if required including cost of all men and T&P excluding G.I. structure nut & bolt to complete the work.

2) Erection of 145 KV equipment

a) 145 KV SF-6 circuit breaker

b) 145 KV bus isolator/ line isolators without polycone (Motorized)

c) 145 KV Tendom isolators without polycone (Motorized)

d) 145 KV Current transformer/Potential Transformer

e) 145 KV post insulator

f) 120 KV lightning arrestor with search counter

g) 145 KV CT/PT junction box

h) 132 KV control & relay panel for line (Simplex type)

3) Stringing of 132 KV Extension transfer bus bar and its jumpers

a) Stringing of 132 KV extension transfer bus bar with single Zebra Conductor length upto 20 meter approximately & as per site requirement . The work include cutting and bending of conductor, fixing of double bolted type tension fitting/ suspension. Hoisting of disc insulator and shifting of material from erection site to work site and all other associated work to complete the job.

b) Making U jumpers with supporting string for 132 KV system.

c) Jumpering, interconnection of equipment with specified conductor of various 132 KV equipment’s with main & transfer bus bar of ACSR Single Zebra conductor. The work includes cutting and bending of conductor in proper shape, clamping with the help of the clamps and all associated work to complete the work at 132 KV TSS Sisauna line bay.

4) Cable laying and termination of 132 KV yard

a) Laying of following size control cables in trench/cable tray from control room equipments to 132 KV CB, CT, CVT/PT, Isoalators (Motorized), Energy Meters and their junction box in 132 KV switch yard as per cable schedule, including carriage of cable drums from store to work site and all associate work

i) 2 core x2.5 mm sq

ii) 4 core x2.5 mm sq

iii) 6 core x2.5 mm sq

iv) 10 core x2.5 mm sq

b) Termination of control cable per core per end

5) Earthing of equipments of 132 KV yard

a) Cutting, strenghting, bending and laying 700 mm/500mm below inside ground and above ground of following size MS flat of earthing of main and auxiliary structure and equipment including welding with main earth mat and with object to be earthed excavation trenches, its back filling painting and all other associated work. Excluding the cost of M.S. flat.

ii) 50x6 mm

iii) 25x6 mm

b) Making of delta earthing of LA 132 KV of new line bay, fabrication of 6 No. 3 Mts. M.S. rod 40 mm dia electrodes its placing inside the ground and connecting all 6 Nos. electrodes with 40 mm M.S. round laying around as per drawing. Painting and jointing with 40 mm M.S. round/ 75x10mm MS flat laying around as per drawing, pain the joints with black japan paint of good quality after proper cleaning of joint by wire brush

c) Excavation of trench for laying of earth mat of required with and depth upto 1.0 Mtr as per drawing for 40 mm M.S. round by back filling of earth in excavated trench after completing of work

d) Laying and placing of 40 mm dia M.S. round below trench for making mesh as per drawing including cutting to size making and welding over lap joint of 40 mm M.S. round bar having 150 mm over lap as per drawing welding of both sides of joint making cross joints of 40 mm M.S. round as per drawing both size welding of upper rod with the lower one painting of joint (on welding position) with black japan paint of good quality after proper cleaning of joint by wire brush for proper completion of work.

e) Fabrication of 3 mtr long electrode from 40 mm MS round bar with candle shape taper shank at one end trenches up to cross point of already laid M.S. round in the trenches before back filling of trenches marking & welding of jointing of 40 mm MS round electrode with cross joints of MS round bar as per drawing.

6) Leveling of excavated earth at various place from newly constructed 132 KV yard

7) Providing and fixing of name plate made of 02 mm thick aluminium sheets with covering of 3HP retro reflective sheeting of size 300mmX150mm.plate to be fixed with the help of nuts & bolts of already installed equipment’s structure. As per sample.

8) Providing & fixing of phase plate equipment (R,Y,B phase of 02mm thick aluminium sheets of size 5” dia covering of 3M HIP/MDG retro reflected sheet in single piece with all mounting with GI nut and bolts .

9) Work of 132 KV Bay Integration in SCADA System with all associated works & all material supply will be provided by the contractor at his own cost as per requirement for SCADA Intergration.

10) Erection of Main & Check Energy Meter with Energy Meter Cubical with all associated works.

PART-B SUPPLY

1) Supply of Bolted type single tension fitting for Single Zebra conductor with turn buckle for 132 KV transfer bus suitable for each disc stringing 1x10 No. 70 KN disc insulator with hardware fitting D shackle, socket ball, Hook, yoke plate, clevis, tension clamp as per technical specification.

2) Supply of Bolted type single tension fitting for Single Zebra conductor without turn buckle for 132 KV transfer bus suitable for each disc stringing 1x10 No. 70 KN disc insulator with hardware fitting D shackle, socket ball, Hook, yoke plate, clevis, tension clamp as per technical specification.

3) 132 KV CT clamp for Double Zebra conductor made of aluminum alloy LM-6 suitable for one side connecting the single Zebra conductor another side the CT bushing rod as per availibility of CT rod dia with HDG 10mm nut & bolts and washer as per technical specification & as per Sample.

4) 132 KV PT clamp for Single Zebra conductor made of aluminum alloy LM-6 suitable for single Zebra conductor the PT bushing rod as per availibility of PT rod dia with HDG 10mm nut & bolts and washer as per technical specification & as per Sample.

5) 120 KV LA clamp for Single Zebra conductor made of aluminum alloy LM-6 suitable for single Zebra conductor the LA bushing rod as per availibility of PT rod dia with HDG 10mm nut & bolts and washer as per technical specification & as per Sample.

6) 132 KV Isolator horizontal/vertical clamp suitable for Double Zebra conductor made of aluminum alloy LM-6 with nut bolts and washer as per technical specification & as per Sample.

7 132 KV Breaker clamp for Double Zebra conductor made of aluminum alloy LM-6 suitable for one side connecting the plate of size 100x100x20mm with 4 Nos. 12mm dia hole with HDG nut & bolts and washer as per technical specification & as per Sample.

8) PG clamp made of aluminum alloy LM-6 suitable for Tarantulla to Zebra conductor with 4 No 16x75/90 mm dia. HDG nut & both and washer as per technical specification & as per Sample.

9) PG clamp made of aluminum alloy LM-6 suitable for Zebra to Zebra conductor with 4 No 16x75/90 mm dia. HDG nut & both and washer as per technical specification & Sample.

10) Hot dip galvanized Cable tray 18SWG having weight 75mm as per technical specification.

11) Hot dip galvanized Cable tray 18SWG having weight 100mm as per technical specification.

12) Flexible Copper bond made of electrolyte copper rope of size 37/7/0.457 having length 750mm tinned copper lug shall be pressed jointed both end of copper bond as per technical specification.

13) Galvanized U bolt 20mm dia with double nut and washer

14) Cable dressing saddle clamp of size 25x3mm of aluminum flat with 20omm long bent suitable and having 2 No. holes at both end with galvanized nut bolt.
