Taking down cement plaster on brick/concrete surfaces of any description in any position incl racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removing rubish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10mm thick plaster in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper, complete all as specified and directed

M & L for 2mm thick wall care putty on wall surfaces, including preparing surfaces, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth extrior paint of required shade: New work(Two or more coat applied @1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer @2.20 Kg/10 Sqm) (Shade & Pattern- Dark Green/ Camouflage) for newly plastered walls, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of asbestos cement corrugated or semi corrugated sheets in roof coverings, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 MPs as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of unreinforcement cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for water proofing treatment on RCC roof etc. comprising of the following operations and as specified herein below,complete all as specified and directed:- (a) Taking down existing old tarfelt, bituminous compound, old plaster including cleaning, picking, sweeping and washing down with water and brushing with neat cement slurry @ 3 Kg per Sqm & removing debris to a distance exc 100m & n.exc. 250m. (b) 15mm thick plastering in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with liquid water proofing compound (WPC to be measured and paid seperately) as per manufacturer instructions finished even & smooth. (c) Preparing & cleaning of fully dried cement plastered surface. (d) Applying one coat of cold bituminous primer to the plastered surface @ 300 ml per sqm conforming IS-3384 (e) A layer of APP based polymeric membrane 3mm thick (minimum) weighing 3.5 kg per sqm reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (weighing not less than 160 gms/sqm) shall be applied over bituminous primer as specified above. Application of polymeric membrane shall be by torch application. The over lap shall be done minimum 100mm on transverse direction and 75mm in longitudinal direction. (f) One coat of green weather coat paint over the APP based membrane @ 0.11 lit/Sqm.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound of approved quality, complete all as specified and directed. (Make- CICO NO.1/SIKA/ACCO PROOF/DR. FIXIT)

M&L 75mm thick plain cement concrete (1:3:6), type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base, plinth protection, hard standing, etc finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, coloured tiles as in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 450x300x7mm thick glazed ceramic colour tiles on vertical surface set in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neae in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non asbestos, fibre reinforced designer ceiling board, 4mm thick (610mm X 610mm) with hot-dip GI heavy duty suspended ceiling grid system T-2430 with GI frame work for seamless ceilling comprising of GI perimeter channel, unequal flanges and web etc of suitable size suspended from soffit at approx 900mm center to center with GIO cleat and steel expansion fastners with and incl ceilling section incl hangers 6mm dia GI fixed to roof by means of ceilling cleats made out of GI flat all as per manufacture's instructions including taking down old existing U/s ceiling of any description, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer over a coat of 1mm thick wall putty including preparation of new surfaces of walls, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in flooring, laid in alternate panel divided with glass strip including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only glass dividing strips, 3 mm thick and 28 mm width, complete all as spcified and directed

M & L for servicing of LT feeder pillar box, bus bar, including welding of damaged LT panel door, packing by providing suitable size glands in entry of cable and packing properly, replacement of suitable size lugs, replacement of instrumentation meter, replacement of indicator lamps, replacement of all nut/bolt and washer, replacement of burnt out MCCB/MCB, rotary switch, extended rotary handle, tightening, connection of earthing properly, provision of phase spreader link in all MCCB, provision of bus bar tape with colour coding on each phase, proper arrangement of cable in panel, replacement of damaged door hinges, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Burnt out Instrumentation meter, MCCB/MCB, spreader link & Indicator lamp, rotary switch shall be measured and paid seperately.

M & L for servicing of TPN/SPN distribution box including replacement of burnt out MCB, replacement of defective door of DB's, welding of damaged door, tightening, connection of earthing properly, proper arrangement of flexible cable in DBs, replacement of damaged door hinges, complete all as specified and directed. Note :MCBs shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply and installation of maintenance free earthing system comprises of molecularly bonded copper of 99.9% purity on low carbon steel of 3m length, having a diameter of 25 mm with copper thickness of 250 microns with fault current withstand capability of 30 KA rms value of 1 second and I peak of 80 KA, tested as per IEC 62561-2, meets the requirement of IS-3043 & IEC 60364-5-54, tested in CPRI for short circuit with standing capacity, earth conductivity enhancing mineral compound to be used as a backfill compound for earth electrodes; highly conductive in all weather conditions is used for improving the soil conductivity. The materials shall be mineral inert to sub soil and shall not pollute the environment and non corrosive to earth rod. The materials should have a resistivity less than 0.2 ohm –m. It should be free from hazardous substances. The mineral compound is required to have minimum 25 kg of the total composites. S&F in repair GI tubes, medium grade 40mm bore with all fitting and fixed complete to to fix on roof top for fixing the air termination rod, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead of galvanised iron strip of size 25 x 4mm, fixed on wall/inside the cable trench with supporting insulator fixed on wall/trench from existing earth test point, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for GI sheet of thicknes not less than 1.0mm thick fixed on wall /roof for protection of earth lead/strip cut in to required size/shape as directed fixed on wall, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair in repairs earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead of Galvanised iron wire of size 4mm, fixed on wall/inside the cable trench with from existing earth test point, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for replacement of earthing pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded aggregate pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 cover slab of size 300 x 300 x 50mm thick reinforced with 8mm dia TMT steel bars @ 15cm centre to centre in both direction and 10mm dia MS handle of suitable size including 20mm bore GI light grade pipe for watering, funnel, wire mesh, necessary earth work in soft/loose soil all as shown in electrical plate No 4 of MES schedule Part I and testing and applying three coats of white wash on exposed surface of concrete complete including taking down/ dismantling of old u/s earth pit, complete as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate),as in coping or mass concrete including necessary form work complete as specified and directed. Note :- An amount of Rs.33240.00 on account of credit schedule for schedule 'A' part - II shall be deducted from the total amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
