REPAIR TO DRAIN, PATH, HARD STANDING, RCC JALLIES, FENCING IN KABUL LINE JCOs/ OR AND FAFA ACCN AND OTM ACCN IN THE AREA OF AGE B/R-II UNDER GE (EAST) DELHI CANTT-10

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in Ground floor & paving not exc 15cm thickness and removal of debris from site all as specified and directed

M&L Cement concreat type D2 (1:4:8) using 40mm graded stone agg 100 mm thick as in sub base of path etc finished surface even and smooth w/o using extra cement as spd and directed.

M&L for pre polished coloured cement concrete chequred tile of approved quality size 300X300X 25mm thick on floors over and including 15 mm thick screed bed CM 1:6 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with colour to match th tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:5:10 (using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate) in sub base of flooring/ hard standing with interlocking paver blocks.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-40 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Description all as per item No 6.00 above but 60 mm thick paver block of M-35 Grade complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC in 1:2:4 type B1 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) 100 mm thick as in hardstanding (The PCC will be laid with 12mm expansion Gap and the gap will be filled up with bituminous joint filler type A) complete all as specified and directed.

M/L cement concrete in 1:3:6 Type C1(20mm graded stone aggregate) as in filling in lintels upto 1.5M clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing course, parapets and railings upto 60cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete.
