Construction work of 2 cell box culverts of 3x3 in Km-3 of the link road from Km-5 of Saraiya Bansthan to Jeetpur Chauraha via Kulhui Bridge in Gorakhpur district under the state plan in the financial year 2025-26 LOT No-2 of 2

Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 202. all respect as per direction of E/I. (Including Labourcess but Excluding GST).

Excavation of foundation in ordinary soil (Ioam clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50 meter and lead up to 30meter and including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer in charge up to a distance of 30 meters from the foundation trenches.as per S.I. No. 251 Complete in all respect as per direction of E/I. (Including Labourcess but Excluding GST).

Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401. Complete in all respect as per direction of E/I. (Including Labourcess but Excluding GST).

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days. MORTH specification no.2100- (9.4) Complete in all respect as per direction of E/I. (Including Labourcess but Excluding GST).

Construction of embankment with approved material deposited at site from road way cutting and excavation from drain & foundation of other structure graded and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2 with a lead upto 0.00 m as per technical specification clause 301.5

Providing, laying, WBM Grade-2 with 45-63mm size Stone Ballast, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled smooth roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 as per clause 405.2 (Including all taxes required & i/c hire charges of road roller) as per direction of E/I. (Including Labourcess but Excluding GST).

Providing, laying, WBM Grade-3 with 22.4-53mm size Stone Ballast, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled static roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. Grading 3 as per clause 405.3 (Including all taxes required & i/c hire charges of road roller) completion of work as directed by E/I.(Including Labourcess but Excluding GST).

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.75 kg/sqm using mechanical means. as per Techinical specfication Clause 502 (Including all taxes required & Excluding Cost of bitumen emulsion) Complete in all respect as per direction of E/I. (Including Labour Cess but Excluding GST)

Providing and applying tack coat with emulsion/bitumen (VG-10) using emulsion/bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface treated with primer & cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 (Including Labour Cess but Excluding GST)

Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or cut-back or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, finished to required level and grades. to be followed by seal coat of type C as per technical specification clause 508. (Including all taxes required and hire charges of road roller ) Complete in all respect as per direction of E/I. (Including Labour Cess but Excluding GST)

Providing and laying seal coat by manual means with VG-10 Grade Bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 (Including all taxes required and hire charges of road roller ) Complete in all respect as per direction of E/I. (Including Labour Cess but Excluding GST)

Brick edging on both side of theS.O.B. brick 8 cm. (3") wide and 12 cm. (4 1/2) deep laid with mud mortar all labour finished to the required template and in proper alignment and also including dressing and ramming the excavated earth including all labour T & P sudries required for proper completion of the work as per S.O.R. 2014 S.I. No. 765 Complete in all respect as per direction of E/I. (Including Labour Cess but Excluding GST)

Bricks soling with straight over burnt brick/1 st class bricks laid flat and dry including preparation of sub grade to prescribed camber and including supply of bricks, filling joints, with local earth spreading coat of 1 cm (3/8”) depth of local earth of P.I. 5 to 7 or sand over the entire surface & including all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.
