Excavation of foundation in hard soil within initial lead of 50 mtr and lift of 1.5 mtr etc including levelling and dressing the foundation trenches, stacking the excavated materials away from the work site etc as per the instruction of E.I.C.

Extra lifts of 1.50 mtr or part thereof over the initial lift of 1.5 mtr in all kinds of embankments and road works and ordinary earthwork in general. 4.09mx2.09mx0.63m

Dismentaling and removing cement concrete including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debries within 50 meters lead.

Supplying, filling in foundation & plinth with well watered sand in layers not exceeding 150mm thick including watering and ramming with cost conveyance, royalities, taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement Concrete (1:4:8) by using 4cm. Size B.H.G. metal including cost, conveyance etc. complete.

Supplying all materials, labour, T&P and providing cement concrete (1:3:6) with 4cm size hard granite metal including watering, curing, conveyance of all materials to worksite, payment of royalty, taxes etc all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer in charge 4.09mx2.09mx0.08m

Supplying all materials, labour, T&P and providing cement concrete (1:2:4) with 12mm size hard broken granite chips including watering, curing, conveyance of all materials to worksite, payment of royalty, taxes etc all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer in charge In ground floor

Brick work with Fly Ash brick in foundation & plinth using 25cmx12cmx8cm size bricks having crushing strength not less than 35kg./cm2 with dimensional to lerance 2% in c.c. (1:6) after immersing the bricks for six hours in water before use in foundation & plinth, basement & for ornametal flower heads plinth moulding & similar such type of works with all necessary projection, cutting, moulding, corebelling, chamfering, watering & curing including cost, conveyance, royalties & all type of taxes of all materials & labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification * direction of the E.I.C.

R.C.C M-25 grade with 20mm and down grade C.B. chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, laying hire charges of concrete mixture, vibrator, watering, curing and cost of all materials and labour,centering shuttering etc complete but excluding cost of reinforcement complete.
