The Railway reserves the right to procure bulk/full quantity from CLW approved sources (with item ID is 2100871) as per Para 16.3 of General Tender conditions of Eastern Railway stores department.In case of Authorized dealer, firm should upload valid dealership certificate or tender specific authorization certificate from the approved vendor along with quotation, failing which the offer will be treated as rejected.

The bidder agrees to supply the tendered stores at the rates quoted by him in accordance with the IRS Conditions of Contract and [or] special Conditions and [or] other Conditions specified/attached with the tender
