Providing rectangular Cement pots (Size outer top 1.75m x 0.55, Bottom 1.65 x 0.40m outer Height 0.50 m, inner height 0.40m Inner top 1.45m x 0.30m, Inner bottom 1.45m x 0.30 m cast with cement, marble/concrete chips of nominal mix 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone/marble aggregate 6 mm nominal size), reinforced with 8mm steel 1.9 kg for bottom and 4 mm dia GI wire 0.38 kg for top as per design including required form work, finishing with cement/white cement punning on exposed surface etc) and fixing at site in required rows & height etc., The rate shall include all cost of materials for casting, fixing at site etc., complete as per direction of Officer in charge. Top inside L 170 cm, outer top inside W 50 cm, bottom outside L150 cm and width 40 cm and total height 50 cm with wall thickness of 30 mm with proper base and top finish as per design and drawing etc., complete as per the direction of officer in charge.

Providing Lanco pot: Top dia 34" height 20" base 17"- with materials such as steel 5mm galavanised steel rods/wire, (34" dia 1 No. 20" dia 1 No. stone chips 28 kgs, marble poowder 5 kgs, cement (grey) 28 kgs. paint terracota color Asean brand 300 gms with rangoli design in white color and AAI logo inscribed on outer side and pots should be weighing 95-100 kgs and will have wall thickness of 25 mm with all cost of costing etc., The cost of pots includes casting, curing, painting carriage to site etc., complete as per the direction of officer in charge.

Providing Circular Cement Concrete pots of specified size, cast with cement concrete of nominal mix 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 6 mm nominal size) as per design, including required form work, finishing with cement punning on exposed surface, curing for specified period and stacking in required rows & height, all complete as per direction of Officer-in-charge. Top outside dia 45 cm, bottom outer dia 35 cm, total height 45 cm with thickness of 1.5 cm

Supply and stacking of red earth at site suitable for horticulture works including loading, unloading carriage etc., complete as per the direction of Officer in charge( earth measured in stacks shall be reduced by 20% for payment).

Supplying and stacking of well decayed cattle manure at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 k.m. lead complete (cattle manure measured in stacks will reduced by 8% for Payment).

Supply and stacking of Vermi Compost in 50 kg standard bag from any approved manufacturer of organic/agriculture products etc., complete as per the direction of Officer in charge.

Filling of the following large size empty cement pots (Size outer top 1.75m x 0.55, Bottom 1.65 x 0.40m outer Height 0.50 m, inner height 0.40m Inner top 1.45m x 0.30m, Inner bottom 1.45m x 0.30 m) & (Top dia 34" height 20" base 17") with mixture of good earth & manure in the ratio of 2:1 (Two part of Good earth & one part of manure and placing them on appropriate place i/c carriage of earth, manure and pots up to 50 mtr, as per direction of officer in charge. (The cost of good earth & manure will be paid separately).

Providing and filling River sand on bottom of large cement pots (top size 1.75x0.50x0.50 m & Top dia 34" height 20" base 17" ) suitable for horticulture planting works as filter system for plant media. The sand shall be free from kanker, moorum, rubbish etc Complete as per the direction of officer-in-charge.

Mixing earth and sludge or manure in the required proportion specified or directed by the Officer-in-charge.

Filling mixture of earth and sludge or manure in the desired proportion in trenches, flooding with water and leveling (cost of supplying earth and sludge or manure and mixing excluded)

Providing and planting of multi color Bougainvillea (Variety Butiana, Lady Mary Baring, Mahara,Mohan,Scarlet Queen, Varigata, Glabra Formosa, Peruviana Odissi, Partha, Subhra,Thimma, Spectabilis L.N Birla, Refulgens) plant of height 80 cm. to 90 cm. with 2-3 branches in 30 cm size of poly bags & as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Maintenance of well grown up flowering shrubs (3-6 plants per pot) in large size Cement pots (1.65 x 0.55 x 0.50 m) displayed on elevated corridor in front of terminal building including application of good earth, manure, insecticide, pesticide and fertilizer, removing of dry parts by pruning, cleaning dry leaves and display in appropriate place and replacement of broken pots/dead plants with new pots/fresh plants and coloring pots as and when required (pots/plants/color shall be provided by the department) as per direction of officer in charge (350 Nos*04 months).

Maintenance of tall specimen plants/trees in large sized PVC tubs/pots (60 cm dia top and 60 cm perpendicular height and 60 cm x 50 cm rectangular pots) displayed on elevated corridor in front of terminal building including application of good earth, manure, insecticide, pesticide and fertilizer, removing of dry parts by pruning, cleaning dry leaves and displaying in appropriate place and replacement of broken pots coloring of pots and change of location of pots and replacing with fresh plants as and when required ( Materials shall be provided by the department) as per direction of officer in charge (150 Nos x 04 months).

Providing and displaying of well grown up Japanese Tree having stem circumference 30 to 45 cm and height of 120-150 cm planted in 60 dia PVC/cement tub with 2-3 branches and having thick foliage etc., complete as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and displaying of well grown up Lucky Pachira Bonsai tree having stem circumference 30 to 45 cm and height of 150-165 cm planted in 60 dia PVC/cement tub with 2-3 branches and having thick foliage etc., complete as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and displaying of well grown up Ficus Bonsai tree having stem circumference 30 to 45 cm and height of 170-200 cm planted in 60 dia PVC/cement tub with 8-10 ball each of 30 size and having thick foliage etc., complete as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Carriage of materials by mechanical transport including loading, unloading and stacking etc., complete for a lead upto 5 Kms. a) Building rubbish

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Providing Plumeria tree (temple tree) varieties and /or other flowering trees as directed at site having height 150 cm. to 180 cm. with 4-6 branches from main trunk in 20"x20" size poly bag and planting on large size cement pots etc, complete as per direction of the officer-in-charge.
