Dismantling and removal of Reinforcement Cement Concrete (RCC) including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials with in a lead of 100m including all labour, tools, equipments, transport, fuel, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing, laying, spreading Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) by mechanically and compacting to compacted thickness 250mm using stone aggregates as per Table 400-11 including spreading in uniform thickness of two layers of each 125mm tk., hand packing, rolling with vibrator power roller 8-10 tonne in stage to proper grade and camber including spreading in uniform thickness, watering and compacting to the required density as per MORT&H Specification (Fifth Revision) Clause 406 and as directed by the departmental officers.
Providing and laying Dense bituminous macadam to the required thickness with 100-120 TPH Hot Mix Plant producing an average output of 75 TPH using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with Bituminous binder @ 4.0 to 4.5 Percent by weight oftotal mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H Specification (Fifth Revision) Clause No.505 complete in all respects including cost of bitumen, labour, materials, T&P etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.
Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete (BC) to the required thickness with 100-120 TPH Hot Mix Plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with Bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 Percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H Specification (Fifth Revision) clause No. 507 complete in all respects including cost of bitumen, labour, materials, T&P etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.
Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 Kg. / Sqm. using mechanical means as per Clause 502 of MORT&H Specification (Fifth Revision) including cost of bitumen emulsion, labour, T&P etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.
Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 Kg. per Sqm. on the prepared bituminous / granular surface cleaned with mechanical brooms including cost of bitumen emulsion, labour, T&P etc., complete as per clause 503 of MORT&H Specification (Fifth Revision) and as directed by the departmental officers.
Providing and fixing Reflective Road Studs of 'Category - A' Raised pavement markers made out of poly carbonate / methyl methecrylate/ABS mouled body confirming to ASTM D 788 and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face with retro reflectance and chromaticity values conforming to ASTM D 4280. The reflective raised pavement markers shall also confirm to the MORT&H circular No RW / NH 33023 / 10 / 97 - DO.III, dt 11.06.97. The height, width and length shall not be less than 15mm, 90mm and 100mm and with minimum reflective area of 13 Sq.cm. on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35 +/- 5 degree. Each reflector shall have a CIL not less than values specified in Table 2 of said MORTH circular. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, (of dia not less than 19 +/- 2 mm and height not less 30 +/- 2mm) from the body is to be a minimum value of 500 Kgf. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacture's recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer. The marker shall support a load of 13635 Kg. tested in accordance with ASTM D4280 and confirming to IRC 35 - 2015 guidelines and MORT&H specification (Fifth Revision) Clause 804 etc., complete. The cost inclusive of studs and other tools and plants fixing materials drilling holes etc., complete as per MORT&H Specification (Fifth Revision) and as directed by the departmental officers.
Supplying and installing of Delineators (road way indicators, hazard markers and object markers), 80-100 cm high above ground level painted at alternatively black and white in 15cm wide strips, fitted with 80x100mm rectangular or 75mm dia. circular reflectorised panels at the top, buried or pressed into the ground and conforming to IRC-79 etc., complete as per MORT&H Specification (Fifth Revision) Clause No.806 and as directed by the departmental officers.
Providing and laying of Hot applied Thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms. per Sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC :35 for centre line and edge line. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes etc., The rate including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, incidental charges, marking for applying paint, brushes, equipments etc., complete as per MORT&H Specification (Fifth Revision) Clause No.803 and as directed by the departmental officers.
Supplying the structural steel, MS Flats, Square Rods, Angles, Channels etc., for vertical members / bracing /stiffeners / Base plates or for any other usage as a structural member, fabricating, welding and erecting the frame work in position at the locations shown in the drawing including all labour, materials, conveyance, tools & plants, etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers (Note : 1. While fabricating, necessary holes and bolt & nut shall be provided at no extra cost in the structural members. 2. In case, the specified MS section is not available in the market, the nearest alternative section may be used after approval of the Engineer).
Applying One coat of Red oxide primer over new steel and other metal surfaces including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter and scoured with wire brushes, fine steel wool, scrapers and sand paper etc.,complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.
Painting the steel surfaces with Two coats of Synthetic enamal paint of approved quality (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint, brushing, interior to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter including all materials, labour, brushes, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.
Dismantling and removal of Plain Cement Concrete (PCC) above G.L. upto floor two level including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within a lead of 100 m including all labour, tools, equipments, transport, fuel, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.
Providing and Fixing of Flexible Median Markers as per IRC 79-2019 shall be provided with fluorescent yellow colour retro reflective sheeting Type XI as per IRC:67 2012 Flexible Median Marker shall be of tough, high impact resistant, injection-molded, thermoplastic body with property of flexibility to provide high durability and U shape structure having rebound / bounce back property. The body of FMM shall bounce back to its original position after 750 numbers of hits using pendulum of 1.8 Kg conforming to ASTM D 256. Height: The marker height shall be a minimum of 180 mm Width: The marker width shall be a minimum 120 mm Body Thickness: minimum of 6.5 mm Shank Length: Each of the shanks shall not be less than 20 mm and depth shall not be less than 30 mm. Reflective Area: Shall not be less than 90 Cm Square. The sheeting shall be of Type XI as per IRC: 67 2012 and it should be on both the faces which provides maximum reflectivity at longer distance and is quite durable. The logo of the manufacturer shall be embossed on either side of the body in the injection molding process. Post installation the contractor shall obtain and submit a warranty Certificate from the product manufacturer in original for 2 years for the field performance of the product. Flexible Median Marker shall be fixed by a combination of epoxy adhesive and grouting / Drilling on concrete medians or properly constructed solid medians.The rate shall include all materials, labour, T&P, transportation, installation and incidentals all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:5 (M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand)) (One cement, five M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand)) using chamber burnt bricks for walls in Ground Floor of the building including cost of all materials, labour, curing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.
Supply and delivery 315mm HDPE PN10 PE100 Pipe as per IS4984/2016 at site of work including loading, unloading, transportation, etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Lowering of 160mm HDPE pipe and specials into trench and laying to proper grade and alignment, including all labour, tools & plants, etc.,complete and as directed by departmental officers.
Jointing 160mm dia. HDPE Pipes and Specials by butt fusion welding / electro fusion welding joints using fusion equipment as per ISO 21307-2011 and as per IS 7634 (Part-2) : 2012 including cost of hire charges for butt fusion equipment, power supply arrangements, all labour, etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.
Supply and laying of 75mm dia. HDPE Pipe - PE 100 as per IS 4984/2016 (PN6) with necessary specials such as elbow, tee, coupler, union joint, reducer, solvent, clamp, bush, tee, hex nipple, wooden plug etc., The rate including cost of all materials, specials, labour, conveyance etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.
Supplying and fixing of Cast Iron Sluice valve of 150mm dia. confirming to IS:14846/2000 PN 1.0 pattern with high tensile brass spindle and gun metal working parts. The rate including cost of Cast Iron Sluice valve of 150mm dia., removing the existing valve and refixing the new valve with accessories, installation, transportation and labour charges etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.
Supply and fixing of 80mm Tamper proof DI single chamber air release valves with pressure range from PN 1.0 to 2.5 with body and cover made of Ductile Iron of Grade GGG 40 or equivalent grade conforming to IS 1865 with Food Grade Epoxy Powder coating(EP-P) inside and for outside of colour blue RAL 5005. All internal parts such as float, shell etc., cover bolts, made of Austenitic alloy steel of SS AISI 304/316. The float shall be made of Polytetrafluroethylene/ Austenitic alloy steel of AISI 304/316 etc.,omplete and as directed by the departmental officers.
Supply and delivery of 160mm dia. HDPE (PN6) Equal Tee as per IS 8360/1977/Part I, (Reaffirmed 1992) PART II and III (Reaffirmed 2002) and other specifications at site of work including loading, unloading, fright, stacking, transit and insurance, etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.
Supplying & Fixing of Retro - Reflective sign board at various size made out it by micro prismatic grade sheeting confirming to IRC 67:2010 & Type XI standards of ASTM D 4956-09 specifications and fixed over 2mm thick aluminium sheet back support frame of stainless steel supported by 32NB stainless pipe all around and 32NB pipe vertical post firmly fixed to a required depth fixed above the brickwork/ground level with M15 grade of cement concrete etc.., The information messages shall be made out of cut out letters in English language in department approved colour transparent with white Reflective sticker as per IRC 67- 2010 Guidelines. The cost inclusive of sign board Retro- Reflective, all materials, labour charges, etc., complete and as directed by theEngineer in-Charge.
Providing and fixing Retro - Reflectorised Cautionary, Mandatory and Informatory traffic signs (with definition board) - 60 cm Circular made out of High Intensity Prismatic Grade Sheeting conforming to 'Type - IV' standards of IRC 67 : 2012 and ASTM D 4956-09, specification and fixed over 2mm thick Aluminium sheet fixed over a back supporting frame of 25mm x 25mm x 3mm Mild steel sheet and supported on a mild steel angle post 75mm x 75mm x 6mm with a clear height of not less than 2.10m from the ground level to the bottom of the sign board and 0.60m below ground level. The sign post should be painted as per IRC 67 - 2012 and firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45cm x 45cm x 60cm size including cost and conveyance of all materials, equipment, machinery and labour with all leads and lifts, loading charges necessary for satisfactory completion of the work as directed by the departmental officers. High intensity Retro - Reflectro sheet shall consist of minimum co-efficient of Retro-reflection as per Table 6.6 of IRC 67 : 2012. The Retro-reflective sheeting shall be covered under 7 year warranty issued for field performance and a certified copy of three years outdoor exposure report shall be obtained as per IRC 67 : 2012 (As per MoRT&H specification (Fifth Revision) No.801).
