Supplying and filling in M.sand for foundation and basement including cost of M-sand, filling charges as per standard specification (watering & consolidation) with all leads and lifts as per standard specification, etc., complete.

Plain cement concrete in CC 1:3 :6 using 20mm HBG metal, including cost of cement, all materials, labour charges including consolidation, curing, all leads, lifts, as per standard specification etc., complete.

Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as column footings, column pedestals, plinth beams, grade beams, staircase steps, etc. which require only nominal strutting using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding, laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 75cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc. complete in all floors complying with standard specifcation. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

Plastering with CM 1:3, 12mm thick, including cost of cement, labour, curing, all leads and lifts etc., complete..as per standard specification

Refilling the foundation and basement with excavated earth other than sand and consolidating in 150mm thick layers, well rammed with all leads and lifts , watering, as per standard specification, etc., complete.

Disposal of Excess of surplus earth away in low lying area with a lead of 100 Mts including spreading and levelling labour, lead, lift as per standard specification, etc., complete.

Providing 15mm thick Bitumen pad for expansion joints for entire height of concrete for every 4m interval for entire length of road of per the instruction of the site engineer incharge at site.

Transporting of Iron & Steel items from Coimbatore to Site (36 Km)

Labour for the loading/unloading/shifting of Department fragile materials 11/22/33 KV Insulators at stores or site by the Contractor without using Board's Crane for one operation.

Supply of M.S.Chequarred plate of 6 mm Thickness and Button type from approved vendors of Sail, Tata, Jindal, RINL, Essar Steel, JSW Steel, Tulsyan and Prakash Ferrous Industries industries PVT Ltd.,Noble tech industries private limited kancheepuram and as per IS 2062 and latest issue.,

Supply of CT/PT Junction Box out of 14 Swg (2 mm) M.S.Sheet of size 400 W X 300 H X 150 D wherever required as directed by the Field Engineer. The box shall be vermin proof shall have sturdy hinges, provision for mounting terminal blocks and locking arrangements including cost of all materials.

Supply and provision of M8, M9, M10, M12 & M16 full thread GI Bolt, Nuts & GI washer of various size for erection of insulator or any other purpose wherever required and as directed by the Field Engineer.

Supply and providing of 600 mm mean dia, 300 mm height 36 mm thick Cement Coller for identification of earth electrode location including 1primer and 2 coats of colour wash as directed by Field Engineer

Labour for erection of CT/PT Junction Box, AC Distribution Box, Yard Light Box, Change over switch including fabrication of clamping arrangements

Labour, Machineries, consumables for fabrication of Heavy section Structure without length wise welded joints (Sectional weight 14Kg/Mtr and above) (Electricity supply will be borne by department) as per the drawing issued by Field Engineer.

Labour Charges for Hot Dip Galvanising with minimum coating of 610 gram/Sq.m as per IS 4759 and IS 2633 and lattest issue of Structural Steel materials etc., anf as per direction of Field Engineer

Labour charges for erection of Heavy section Structures (sectional weight 14Kg/m and above) including alignment and minor transporting etc., as per the direction of Field Engineer.
