Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-30 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 350Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.45 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of River Sand but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers - The Coarse and Fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS standards. a) For 1.5m Below G.L

Supply and delivery of CI D/F sluice valves with cap along with specials of the 150mm dia in size confirming to IS 14846 / 2000 (PN1) including flanged tail piece and other specials as required, loading, unloading, transportation charges and stacking and jointing including cost of jointing materials etc, complete as per standard Specification. a) 150mm

Supplying and delivery of following DI specials of as per IS:9523-2000 with D.I pipes etc., complete as directed by the Engineer, and Provision for pipe connection arrangements for inlet, outlet, scour and overflow etc, including cost of pipes, specials, valve, labour charges for lifting, aligning, fixing of DI pipes etc, complete as detailed below

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (One part of Cement and Five part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)) 12mm, thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materilas to site and labour charges etc,complete as per standard specifications

Labour charges for Painting TWAD Board Emblem in accordance with the size and specifications as approved by the Board on the Service Reservoirs including cost of all consumables, one coat of base paint, scaffolding charges including painting NRDWP Logo on the Service Reservoirs.

Fabrication, supply, delivery and fixing of outside MS Ladder of 45cm clear wide made out of 50 mm x 50mm x 6mm MS angle for both sides and for steps at 30cm C/C welded jointed etc ., for I staging from GL to 1st level brace (weight 4.5kg/m) IInd and IIIrd staging upto floor slab and IVth staging from floor slab to roof top. Supply, delivery and fixing of 32 mm GI pipes medium for hand rails from I stage to IVth stage. RCC M30 Grade mix for Landing slab 5 Nos. at Ground Level- 1No. and above Ground Level - 4Nos. Supply and fixing of 32mm GI pipe medium for hand rails for the Landing slab. Supplying and fixing of MS Base plate of 100mm X 100mm X 6mm thick for fixing Anchore fastener bolt for fixing of hand rails at Landing slab and MS Ladder providing locking arrangements with two coats of approved enamel paint over one coat of red oxide paint as per approved Type Design and as directed by TWAD board officers.

Supply Delivery and fixing of pipe connections Lowering the following size of HDPE pipes and specials into the trenches and laying to proper grade and alignment etc. complete and as directed by the TWAD Board

Jointing the HDPE Pipe and specials with Mechanical joint collar , nuts, gasket and fixing in position ,including cost of all labour charges, conveyance, handling, all incidental charges, etc. as directed by the TWAD Board Officers. For the following pipes

Testing of following HDPE wiith hydraulic testing equipment by fuilling with water (including cost of water @ Rs.60/KL) and testing to recommended pressure in convinient stetches and attending the bursts if any occured during the tests, excluding cost of pipes, including other incidental and operational charges etc., complete as directed by TWAD Board Officers.

Supply and delivery of DI D/F Gate (sluice) valves (soft seated) resilient seated soft sealing Gate Valves (Sluice Valves) with body Bonnet of Ductile cast iron of Grade GGG 40 or GGG 50, Wedge fully rubber lined with EPDM replaceable spindle nut without gland packing and with 3 O- Ring protection on the shaft and seals of NBR and the valves should be of Vacuum tight and 100% leak proof with face to face dimensions as per BS 5163-89/ISI 14846-2000/DIN 3202 F4. All the valves should be with electrostatic powder coating both inside and out side with pocket less straight through body passage. All the valves are to be compatible for buried application with pressure rating PN 10/16 and with 5 years warranty
