Dismantling tiling of single layer Mangalore pattern roof tile laid in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L roof tiles, Mangalore Pattern, interlocking at side, the size of tile shall match with existing tile over and including 20mm screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No.2.00 above but except tiles.

M&L ridge tiles, Mangalore pattern, set and jointed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed

All as per Item No.4.00 above but except ridge tiles.

Taking down old chowkhats or frames not exc 1.5 sqm each with shutter (without taking off shutters from frame) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old chowkhats or frames exc 1.5 sqm but n.exc 4 sqm each with shutter (without taking off shutters from frame) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards ( fibre, pulp, insulation etc.,) or inulation boards / slabs / blankets any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed.

S& F powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for shutters of doors, windows and ventilators including providing and fixing hinges or sliding windows / pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws all complete as specified and as directed.

S & F powder coated aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening as per site requirement complete all as apecified and as directed.

S & F powder coated alumnium frame with minimum thick ness of 50micron powder coating for doors ,windows ,ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc, complete all as specified and as directed .

S&F sheet glass 4mm thick ordinary quality in square n. exc 0.5 Sqm in each pane and glazing with putty/ fixing with glazing clips, fixed in steel / wooden / aluminium frames complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F sheet glass 5.5mm thick ordinary quality in square exc 0.5 Sqm in each pane and glazing with putty/ fixing with glazing clips, fixed in steel / wooden / aluminium frames including solar control film 50 micron reflective type sticked to glass panes as per instructions of manufacturers complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L12 mm thick block boards, grade 1 quality, exterior grade, decorative type with decorative face veneer on both faces, fixed with screws to timber frame work complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls or stone walls any descrition etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement including mixing of water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and as directed. Preparation of new plastered surface of wall, column projection, chajja sides etc., and applying 1.0 mm thick wall care putty and making the surface smooth followed by two coats of exterior emulsion weather proof paint (Appex Ultima or equivalent) of any colour over a coat primer completel all as spd and directed.

Preparation of old plastered surface of walls and applying one coat of Oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old plastered surface of ceilings and applying one coat of Oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old wooden surfaces over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed .

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for as in fins, fascias, chajjahs etc... including cutting of reinforcement, as required to facilitate demolition, for buildings upto two storey height (G+1 format), including necessary stagings/ scaffoldings, complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L providing bond coat in repair by mixing 301 Pidicrete URP (Make: Dr. Fixit from Pidilite Industries) with cement in 1:1 ratio by weight with an overlay of repair mortar by mixing 10% -15% 301 Pidicrete URP (Make: Dr. Fixit from Pidilite Industries) by weight of cement, in CM (1:3) by adding 20% water by weight for workable consistency, forming upto 25 mm thickness of repair plaster (including bond coat and repair mortar) complete as per manufacturers instructions, as in repairs to exposed portion of reinforced concrete after cleaning the damaged RCC surface, breaking of loose concrete, cleaning of reinforcement using Rust remover and the applying anti-corrosive epoxy primer alongwith fixing of chicken wire mesh before applying repair mortar for damaged RCC of cills, chajjas, lintels, shelves, landing, edges, fins, fascias, drops of slab /roof projection etc., for heights upto 3.0 Mtrs above GL and finishing the surface smooth and even, followed by applying exterior wall care putty not less than 1.5 mm thick and two coats of exterior weather proof emulsion over a coat of exterior primer complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The rate quoted including the following :- (i) Cost of scafolding / staging, formwork, Dr Fixit 301 Pidicrete URP, anticorrosive epoxy primer and chicken mesh (ii) Work is to be carried out to height of building up to 3.0 Mtr above GL

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C2 by by using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concreting complete all as specified and as directed.

Hardcore with broken stone aggregate of gauge n.exc 63mm deposited spread and levelled in layer not exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to true surface complete all as specified and as directed .

S & F Pre painted galvanume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrigated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / clading to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed .

S &F steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and as directed .

Rolled mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors;ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed .

MS round bars, 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bend to shpae etc.. as required, as in steps of MS ladder, including necessary welding to side channels of ladder, complete all as specified and as directed .

Preparation of new or previuosly untreated steel surfaces and applying two coats of fusion bonded epoxy enemel painting over a one coat of epoxy primer of any description over 10cm in width or girth , not otherwise described complete all as specified and as directed.
