SPL REPAIR OF GOVT MD ACCN BLDG NO P-227 AT JS ENCLAVE AND BLDG NO P-09 (04 X QTRs) JCOs MD ACCN AT SRI GANGANAGAR MIL STN

Taking down chowkats or frame with shutter (without taking out shutter from the frame) not exceeding 1.50 sqm each as doors, windows & ventilators etc. and removal from site complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frame exc 1.5 Sqm but n.exc 4 Sqm each with shutters (W/out taking off shutters from the frames).and removal from site all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing factory made uPVC white colour Three track three panels sliding window with fly proof SS wire mesh (Two nos. glazed & one no. wire mesh panels) upto 1.50m height made of (big series) frame 90 x 42 mm & sash 31 x 57 mm both having wall thickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm and single/double glazing bead of appropriate dimension. (Area of window above 1.75 sqm) comprising of uPVC multi chambered frame, with inbuilt roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), appropriate dimension of uPVC extruded glazing beads and uPVC extruded interlocks, EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy (white powder coated) touch locks with hook, zinc alloy body with single nylon rollers (weight bearing capacity to be 40 kg), G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality (as per approved sample), Glass- 5mm thick toughened glass and Wire cloth- Stainless steel 304 Grade, natural finish, wire cloth, 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) The cost of glass, wire mesh and all other connected accessories shall deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate. (ii) Net Opening will be measured for payment purpose. (iii) Cutting holes of suitable depth in wall for inserting lugs etc including making good dismantled portion with PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate and cement mortar (1:3) shall deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (iv) uPVC frame, sash and mullion extruded profiles ± 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable.

S & F factory made uPVC window or ventilator side hung/top hung (glazed and gauge both) white colour casement (Openable) window made of extruded profiles with wall thickness of 2.3mm ( + – 0.2mm). Window profile with hollow section with multi chamber, frame (60mm x 58mm), sash (60mm x 73mm), T profile (One vertical length in between two shutters) (60mm x 74mm), Glazing bead (35mm x 20mm) will be mitered cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc., making arrangement for fixing of hardware. EPDM gasket 1.2 +– 0.2mm thick, galvanized steel Frame (28mm x 21.5mm), sash (31mm x 27.5mm). T profile (27mm x 17mm) to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8 mm x 100mm long fasteners. Hardware: [casement handle made of zinc alloyed (white powder coated), But Hinges of' zinc alloyed (white powder coated), transmission gear made of mild steel with multi point locking system] and 5mm thick Toughned glass glazing with selected quality glass. Note : (i) The cost of Toughned glass and all other connected accessories shall deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate. (ii) Net Opening will be measured for payment purpose. (iii) Cutting holes of suitable depth in wall for inserting lugs etc including making good dismantled portion with PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate and cement mortar (1:3) shall deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate nothing extra shall be paid on this account.
