2.5 cm (1") thick 1:2:4 plain cement concrete floor with cement, aproved coarse sand and 2 cm. (1") graded approved stone grit, laid in panels finished with 3 mm. (1/8") floating coat of neat cement of cement and marble dust in ratio 5:1 as specified over and including Murga Jali (Rs. 50 per sqm) and including cost of all materials, labour T&P etc required for proper completion of the work. Three coat Oil bound Distemper on old work including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. Si no 649+650

Finishing walls with three coat of water proof cement paint of approved quantity on previousely old treated surface with this paint to give an of all materials , labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. (Si no 660+661)

Painting old wooden work with three coat of approved superior quality ready mix Paint. Supply of all materials , labour & tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of work. (S.I.No. 647+648)
