CIVIL WORK:- Cutting in earth work in all heights and depths in all kinds of clasification of soil including saturated soil comprising of pick, jumper and blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiseling wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil setting out time to the required line, side slopes trimming bottoms and level as shown in the drawing as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge at site and sorting out useful/un-useful materials and stacking the same in all leads and lifts and transportation of un-useful materials to required width or on approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load or animal transport or mechanical means along with its levelling fine dressing and carriage of all labour machineries, materials, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanized means and or labour if required all useful materials such as stones, shingles, aggregates, sand slates shall be sorted out and stacked along site of work. Any loss to the public/private property during the course of execution shall be absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall be duly compensated by him in all cases.

Excavation in foundation, trenches, etcetera in earth work in all kinds of classification, of soils such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work saturated soils including chiseling or any other mixed variety of soils, dewatering and / or removal of slush and other incidentals, lift up to any height stacking excavated soil up to all leads and lifts clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm (fifteen centimetre) thick layer when required into plinths, sides of foundation etcetera consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth to the disposal point within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in drains channles etcetra in earth work in all kind of soil, such as pick work, jumper work, pick jumper work, blasting work, hard and soft blasting, saturated soil including chiseling or any other mixed variety of soil, lift up to any heights, stacking the excavated soil for all heights from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm (Fifteen centimeter) layer when required into plinths sides of foundations etcetra consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm (three point one five millimetre) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm (thirty into thirty into five millimetre) so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etcetera with wooden battens and ballies for all heights of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling upto all height and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in :

Foundation, footings, bases of columns etcetera and mass concrete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Flat surface such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like upto any thickness including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Columns, pillars, posts and struts square, rectangular or polygonal in plan including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Stair cases with slopping or stepped soffits, excluding landing but including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Beam, cantilever, girders and lintels, sides and soffits of beams beam haunching cantilevers girders bressumers and lintels of any depth including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls of any width including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 ( one cement : three sand : six graded, crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size) mechanically mixed and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 ( one cement : four sand : eight graded, crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size) mechanically mixed and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 ( one cement : four sand : eight graded, crushed stone aggregate 25mm (twenty five millimetre) nominal size) mechanically mixed and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 ( one cement : six sand : twelve graded, crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centring and shuttering in foundation and plinth including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying upto all floor level mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete 1:2:4 ( one cement : two sand : four graded, crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size) to give a smooth and even surface including centering and shuttering etcetera but excluding the cost of reinforcement in mouldings as in cornices, window sills etcetera not exceeding 15cm (fifteen centimetre) in girth including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying design mix M-20 (twenty) grade of cement concrete mechanically mixed and vibrated with minimum cement contents of 320 Kg/cum (three hundred twenty kilogram per cubic metre) with graded, crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:

Walls any thickness but not less than 0.10mtrs. (zero point one zero metre) thickness including attached pilasters, buttresses plinth and string courses upto any depth /any height including curing complete and carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Suspended floor, roofs, landing and shelves and their support balconies beams girders, bressumers and cantilevers upto all floor level including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete design mix M-25 (twenty five) grade mechanically mixed and vibrated and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work. The mix shall be designed as per requirement of I.S. code and P.W.D. specification. The dedign mix shall be got approved from the Engineer-in-Charge prior to casting. The theoritical consumption of cement for the item shall be worked out as per approved design mix as per I.S. code.

Foundation footing, bases of columns and the like mass concrete upto floor all level including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Suspended floor, roofs, landing and shelves and their support balconies beams girders, bressumers and cantilevers upto all floor level including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Columns, pillars posts and struts upto floor all level including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Stair cases (except spiral stair cases) excluding landing but including preparing of the surface and finishing of nosing upto all floor level including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending binding and placing in position including cost of binding wire complete in all floors including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Second class brick work using common burnt clay building bricks of approved kiln in foundation and super structure above plinth level upto floor all level in cement mortar 1:5 (one cement : five sand) including curing complete and carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Random rubble masonry/polygonal rubble masonry (uncoursed/brought to courses) with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (one cement : six sand : twelve graded, crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size) at plinth level in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement : six sand) including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of dry rubble masonry/polygonal rubble masonry (uncoursed/brought to courses) with hard stone of approved quality in breast walls and retaining walls revetment walls and parapets etcetera including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Stone filling dry hand packed behind retaining wall, revetment walls and parapets etcetera including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying precast cement concrete block masonry (including quion blocks, jamb blocks and closers etcetera) with solid concrete blocks of approved size made of cement concrete 1:3:6 (one cement :three sand : six graded, crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) and down gauge ) foundation plinth and super structure upto all floor level in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement :six sand) including curing complete and carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying precast concrete block masonry in partition walls 10 cm (ten centimetre) thick with solid blocks of approved size (including quion blocks, jamb blocks and closers etcetera) made of cement concrete 1:3:6 (one cement :three sand : six graded, crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) and down gauge nominal size) with cement mortar 1:6 (one cement :six sand) including curing complete in super structure upto all floor level including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing weep hole in brick masonry/ stone masonry / plain reinforced concrete abutment , wing wall, return wall with 100mm dia.(one hundred millimetre diametre) PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1V:20H (one vertical isto twenty horizontal) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specifications clauses 614,709,1204.3.7 including carriage of material and otherother incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames wrought framed and fixed in position second class Kail wood including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 35mm (thirty five millimetre) thick flush door shutters decorative type core of black board construction with frame of first class hard wood and well matched first class Indian Teak plyveneering with vertical grains or cross bends and face veneers on both faces of shutter including black enamelled M.S. butt hinges complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing second class indian teak wood 75X60mm (seventy five into sixty millimetre) rounded hand rails in straight length including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium sliding door bolt anodized colour and shade with bolts and nuts screws etcetera including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 19mm (nineteen millimetre) thick water proof commercial board in shelves/box for cup board with butt joints & fixing with nails and screw etcetera including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Proving and fixing 1.00mm ( one point zero millimetre) thick coloured or plain lamination sheet (sunmica) on boards/ply wood sheets with approved adhesive and nails etcetera including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing First class Indian teak wood square edges cover fillets (beading) 19mmx6mm (nineteen millimetre into six millimetre) section including mitring at junctions with wood screws and nails including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing single rebate door frames fabricated from sections roll formed out of 1.2 mm (one point two millimetre) thick galvanised steel (Base steel as per IS: 513) with zink of 120gms/sqm. (one hundred twenty grames per square metre). The overall size of section should be 80x50mm ( eighty into fifty millimetre) & 105x60mm (one hundred five into sixty millimetre) with rebate of 37mm ( thirty seven millimetre) for shutter, The frame section should be cut to length and metre joined with corner brackets made of CRCA electroplated. The frame shoud be provided with (a) 3 (three) numbers of M.S. powder coated 4" ( four inch) butt hinges of 2mm ( two millimetre) thickness welded to the frame(b) 6 (six) numbers of 1.2mm ( one point two millimetre) thick CRCA electroplated stiffners should be welded to frame (c) 6 (six) numbers of 8" ( eight inch) M.S. hold fasts with split end tails welde to stiffener plates (d) 1 one number aldrop receiver (e) each frame should be provided with 25x50mm (twenty five into fifty millimetre) tie rod at bottom. All welded places should be treated with protective coat of zink rich primer. The entire frame should be provided with a coat of each primer 105x60mm (one hundred five into sixty millimetre), single rebate door frame etcetera complete in all respect with in all leads, lifts, carriage of material, other incidental charges complete as per architectural drawings, direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing windows Eco 5000 (five thousand) series windows fabricated from roll formed sections made of Galvanised Stell colour coated /powder coated (base steel as per IS:513) "D" quality, galvanised as per IS 277 with Zink of 120grams / square metre (one hundred twenty grames per square metre) with total coated thickness of 0.60mm (sixty millimetre), Coated sections should be with primer coat of Epoxy primer of 5-7 (five to seven) micron thick, finish painted with polyster paint of 12-16 (twelve to sixteen) microns thick and back coated with Alkyd backer of 5-7 (five to seven) microns, or Powder coated with pure polyster powder upto 50-60 (fifty to sixty) microns thick. Sections for frame should be 98mm x 50mm (ninety eight millimetre to fifty millimetre) sections for mullion should be 46x70mm (forty six into seventy millimetre) sections for shutter frame should be of 46mmx46mm (forty six into forty six millimetre) section for fixed glassbead should be of 18mm x 25mm (eighteen millimetre into twenty five millimetre) and section for fly mesh shutter frame should be of 20mm x 40mm (twenty millimetre into forty millimetre). Frame and mesh shutter sections should be cut to length and mitre jointed with corner bracket made of Polyepropylene. Glass shutter should be mitre jointed with corner bracket made CRCA electroplated. Mullion section should be joined with frame/mullion using Nylon mullion Cap Ethy Propylene Diamine Monomer (EPDM) gasket should be used all around glass in shutter between frame and glazed shutter and both sides of fixed glass. Rubber gasket should be used around fly mesh to fix mesh in mesh shutter. Each glazed shutter should be provide with MS powder coated friction hinges-I set, high grade aluminium powder coated handle-1 (one) number each mesh shutter should be provided with S,S pivot hinges-1 (one) set, Seccolor make handle shall be provided per shutter. Window frame should be fixed to brick/ concrete masonry by using nylon self expending caps and driving MS electroplated 80mm (eighty millimetre) long screws into the caps through frames etcetera complete in all respect with in all leads, lifts, carriage of material, other incidental charges complete as per architectural drawings, direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing Eco 5000 (five thousand) series windows glass shutter and fixed glass portions should be provided with a glass of 4mm ( four millimetre) plain float glass complete in all respect including carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidental charges as per architectural drawings, direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing Eco 5000 (five thousand) series windows mesh shutter should be provided with a stainless steel 32 (thirty two) gauge fly mesh of 304 (three hundred) grades with 144 (one hundred forty four) holes per square inch complete in all respect including carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidental charges as per architectural drawings, direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing Eco 5000 (five thousand) series windows grill should be approved with grade made of 10mm (ten millimetre) square M.S. bars welded to at 150mm (one hundred fifty millimetre) centre to centre 6mm x 12mm ( six millimetre into twelve millimetre) MS flat. Total grill unit should be powder coated and fixed to window frame with screw complete in all respect including carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidental charges as per architectural drawings, direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

40mm (forty millimeter) thick cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (one cement : two sand : four graded, crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimeter) nominal size) laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat cement including curing, carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 25mm (twenty five millimetre) thick Kota stone slab flooring 20mm (twenty millimetre) (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (one cement : four sand) laid over and jointed with gray cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete as per specification in all floors including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying granite stone in flooring 20mm (twenty millimetre) (average) thicknees base of cement mortar 1:3 (one cement : three sand) laid over and jointed with grey cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shade of granite stone including rubbing and polishing complete 20mm (twenty millimetre) thick in all floors including curing and carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying spartic ceramic tiles 5.5mm ( five point five millimetre) thick in flooring, treads of steps and landing 300x300mm ( three hundred into three hundred millimetre) size laid on a bed of 12mm ( twelve millimetre) thick cement mortar 1:3 ( one cement : three sand) jointed with cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tile complete as per specification, direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Providing and laying spartic ceramic tiles 5.5mm ( five point five millimetre) thick in skirting, dado 300x300mm ( three hundred into three hundred millimetre) size in dado laid on a bed of 12mm ( twelve millimetre) thick cement mortar 1:3 ( one cement : three sand) jointed with cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tile complete as per specification, direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Providing and laying red sand stone slab flooring 40mm (forty millimetre) average thick on 20mm (twenty millimetre) average thick base of cement mortar 1:4 ( one cement : four sand) laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and granite polish finish complete as per specification including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying granite cobble stone slab flooring 10cmx10cm (ten centimetre into ten centimetre) wide and 40mm (forty millimetre) average thick on 20mm (twenty millimetre) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 ( one cement : four sand) laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the stone including rubbing and granite polish finish complete as per specification including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 10 mm (ten millimetre) thick full body vetrified tiles of approved specification/make/ brand 600x600mm (six hundred into six hundred millimetre) matt finish manufactured of approved shade and colour in flooring, treads of steps and landing laid on a bed of 12mm (twelve millimetre) thick cement mortor 1:3 (one cement :three sand ) laid over and jointed with neat cement slurry finished with flush pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of required shade to match the shade of tiles complete as per spacification including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 10 mm (ten millimetre) thick full body vetrified tiles of approved specification/make/ brand 600x600mm (six hundred into six hundred millimetre) matt finish manufactured of approved shade and colour in risers of steps, skirting dado and pillars on a bed of 12mm (twelve millimetre) thick cement mortor 1:3 (one cement :three sand ) laid over and jointed with neat cement slurry finished with flush pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of required shade to match the shade of tiles complete as per spacification including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing WI-Paraquit or action tesa clip in prelaminated wooden flooring (M.D.F.) with poly sheet & thermocoal sheet with door profile and inside moulding lock with all fitting etcetera complete as per specification including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 2mm (two millimetre) thick PVC antistatic venyl flooring plain or coloured, carbed or mosaic/metalled finish laid with approved adhesive on sub-floor (damp proofing treatment to be paid for separately) complete as per specification including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 0.60mm (zero point six zero millimetre) thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 (twenty) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating to back coat of polyster 5 (five) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating including fixing with screws prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm (six millimetre) diametre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesoriees as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge complete as per specification including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges.

Distempering (two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after throughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth priming coat with distemper primer including carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals complete in all respect.
