Required(a). GST Registration certificate, if already obtained by the bidder or (b). If the bidder has not obtained GST registration as applicable for Bihar state, then he shall scan and upload following undertaking along with bid documents (If work is awarded to me, I/We shall obtain GST Registration certificate, as applicable, within one month from the date of receipt of award letter or before release of any payment by CPWD, whichever is earlier, failing which I/We ........... as per NIT Page No. -7

RequiredIf the bidder is a firm in partnership, the bid shall be signed by all the partners of the firm above their full type written names and current address, or, alternatively ,by a partner holding power of attorney for the firm. In the later case, a certified copy of the power of attorney should accompany the bid. In both cases a certified copy of the partnership deed and current address of all the partners of the firm should accompany the bid.
RequiredIf the bidder is a limited company or a corporation, the bid shall be signed by a duly authorized person holding power of attorney for signing the bid accompanied by a copy of the power of attorney. The bidder should also furnish a copy of the memorandum of Articles of Association duly attested by a Public Notary.
