Excavation in trenches by using man power not exc 1.5m width and not exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out for taking out and laying of pipes etc in any type of soil. Note: - Any damage to other sevices like electric supply, comunication cable, sewage system etc during execution of work shall be rectified/ make good without any extra cost to the department.

M&L taking up CI/ DI 80mm bore pipe water mains (including all fittings), with spigot and socket ends and lead joints from above ground, under ground ,under road, path ,culvert,under PCC platform, or any type of muddy/dry soil etc and making good to match the existing surface of any type and size all as specified and dirercted Note:- Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply, laying and testing of 80mm bore DI pipe centrifugally cast of class K-7 with spigot and socket ends suitable for tyton joints including rubber gasket/ring. Note :- (i) Cost of tyton jont including ring is included in the unit rate of this item. (ii) Unit rate also include dewatering, excavation and earth work as per site requirement.

Supply, fixing and testing of 200mm bore DI pipe centrifugally cast of class K-7 with flanged end joints for distribution/raising mains on ground or in trenches. Note :- (i) Cost of rubber gasket including nuts, bolts and washers is included in the quoted unit rate. (ii) Excavation and earth work, shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L DI specials such as bends (any type, radius and angle),tappers any type, (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc) tee pieces, single branch, 'Y' junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, caps & plugs upto 150 mm bore pipe. Note : (i) Unit rate also includes for cutting of pipe for inserting of fittings. (ii) Weight shall be as per relative IS. (iii) Unit rate also include dewatering, excavation and earth work as per site requirement.

S&F as in repair ductile iron sluice valve 80mm dia flanged end, non rising SS spindle (AISI 410), gun metal working parts IS: 14846 with Cap and Hand Wheel, PN 1.6 incl new rubber gasket, nuts and bolts etc complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item no. 10.00 but for 150 mm dia.

M&L repairing the leakage of lead joints for CI/DI pipe of size 80mm bore including bailing out the line water after burning out the existing lead from joints and using extra lead and spun yarn complete all as required and as directed. Note :- (i) Unit rate of this item also including the cost of earth work and pumping out the water/water mixed soil for carrying out the repair. (ii) Leakage shall be attended on priority basis. (iii) T&P required for carrying out the repair shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.

M&L as in repair 1050mm x 750mm x 1000 mm internal size construction of stone masonary valve chamber with PCC foundation 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) 100mm thick stone massonary built in cement mortar 1:6 wall thickness of 25 cm with plastering of 10mm thickness internally and 15mm thickness externally above and below ground level in CM 1:6 up to 15cm below GL, 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in floor incl MS frame made of angles iron of size 50mm x 50mm x 6mm matches with the internal size of the valve chamber and chamber cover made of MS sheet of 3.0mm thickness incl MS hinge and painting the steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer incl necessary earth work & excavation complete all as specified and directed.

Note : - Unit rate of this item included cost of cutting road/Path etc and excavation of earthwork of required depth as directed.

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in support of pipes or foundation of pump complete all as directed.

S&F as in repair, CI foot valve of 50 mm bore as per existing with accessories complete all as specified and directed.
