Supply, laying and testing of XLPE cables, insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (Heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor , 22KV of size 3.0 core 185 sqmm, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation, earthwork, sand filling and brick protection shall be measured and paid for seperately.

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.50 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for laying cables and getting out complete all as specified as directed

Returning, filling, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm each, soft / loose soil in trenches after the pipes have been laid and tested complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance exceeding 50 metres and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spread fine river sand in trenches for cable cushioning on top and bottom of cable as specified.for cable protection complete all as specified and directed. Note: Only punned thickness of river sand shall be measured

Supply only bricks, common burnt clay building bricks, subclass `B’ designation 75, old size , complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of Cable jointing kit for 22 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination Heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 185 sqmm all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for Cable route indicators of size 200x150x6mm thick made of GI with letter embosed as LT/HT UG cable MES fixed to MS angle of size 40 x 40 x 6mm, 85 cm long embedded in PCC block of size 66 x 66 x 30cm (L x W x H )in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate including painting of exposed surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer placing at every 50m distance in the direction of cable and each turning of cable complete all as directed by Engineer - in - charge.
