Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean andwashing down with water to removedust, etc

M &L for Brushing neat cement slurry with 3 Kg of cement per square metre complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) on roof padding surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as spd & directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on top of roof concrete in cement mortar 1:4 with water proofing compound at the rate of 3% by weight of cement to have a smooth surface for laying of water proofing membrane. Note: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid seprately.

M & L for applying Smartcare Dampproof, a fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane formulated with reinforcing acrylic fibers having Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 on top of roof surface in multiple coats @2 litre/sqm. Primary coat is self-priming coat of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1) and other coats needs to be applied undiluted. The coating needs to be reinforced with 40 GSM geotextile, to sandwiched between 2nd & 3rd coat of coating. The application shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. When the 2nd coat is wet, the Smartcare EPDM tape (at corners and edges)shall be inserted between second and third coat to secure corners & edges, let the material ooze out from the tapes corner. Same treatment of Smartcare Dampproof shall be continued to the parapet walls to better envelope the whole area. The coating shall be terminated carefully to the other side of the parapet wall. NOTE:- The quoated rate should also incl chajja portion also of G+5 storey bldgs.

M&L for APP based polymeric membrane plain finish minimum weighting 3 kg/Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (wt not less than 150 gms/sqm) over one coat of 85/25 bitumen @1.2 kg/sqm and paste the membrane with torching method and again apply a coat of 85/25 bitumen @ 1.2 kg/sqm at overlapping joints

M & L Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops etc including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered edges, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L cleaning surface and applying two coats of aluminium paint on roof or vertical surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair of steel rolling shutters without ball bearing, as specified incl top cover anchoring rod hasp & staple and one shop coat of primer before erected in position as directed complete manual type thickness of lath 1.25mm.

S & F in repairs roller ball bearing (ISI marked) for 32/40 mm dia pipe shaft complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
