Providing Consultancy services for design (Hydraucally, structurally & aesthetically) of 2.6 MLD capacity with tertiary treatment at Narangi Military Station as per following :- (a) Designing of sewage treatment plant of capacity 2.6 MLD(Centralised/Decentralised) with latest updated equipments working on MBBR technology treatment processes with all standard equipments and components etc including involved civil, electrical, digital & mechanical works to maintain the sewage charactristics (as per Appx 'D' attached) and other parameter all as specified & directed by GE Narangi at the outlet suitable for disposal to the environment, irrespective of the inlet sewage quality (to be tested as per actual site requirement for 5 places) (b) Prepartion and submission of DPR in consultation with GE , all relevant arch and structural drawings for the works mentioned in Para 1 (a) above in proper scale showing each and every details /measurements/ dimensions etc and submit the same in five numbers/sets. Scheme and structural drawings should be vetted from any NIT(National Institute of Technology)/IITs(Indian Institute of Technology) and submitted in five numbers/sets and soft copy. (c) Designing of Bar screen (mechanical portion), feed pumps, Air Blower, Filter plant, etc alongwith design of relevant electric cables and control panels. (d) Preparation of BOQ, structural and internal/external services drawings, Taking off quantities and Cost Estimates for the items at SI No 1 (a) to (c) and submission in the five numbers/sets along with names of reputed makes all in consultation with GE Narangi. (e) Topographical survey of the area 3000 acres of land to show entire exsiting/ proposed sewage network incl STP location( with ordinates) size of sewer, Sewage flow, velocity, IL & GL at each node/manhole incl desgin of Civil works for indermediate sump cum pump house, balancing tank etc and preparation of level sheet at grid of 5mx5m interval. (f) Soil investigation at all proposed locations(Centralized/Decentraliszed) for (02 bore holes upto 10 M depth ) collection of data reqd for design of all civil structures & electro mechanical works as specified. Note : (i) The above design shall be inclusive of all relevant pipe connections, control valves, electrical connections cables/wires and design of relevant electric control panels and all measuring equipment etc. (ii) Any other item/component not mentioned here but required technically for optimum functioning of the plant shall also be included along with list of two years normal maintenance spares. (iii) The consultant or their authorised representative is required to visit all concerned sections of this HQ prior to submission of above bid, for settlement of any obsevation/ ambiguity arising out which require clarification to maintain optimum functioning of the plant. system. (iv) 3000 Acres of land area is the area under GE Narangi, However topography survey is to be done only for habitat area like MD Accn & Office area from where the sewage is collected. Consultant survey only to along the proposed sewage disposal line.
