REPAIRS TO SUNKEN FLOOR, VERTICAL STACKS, PLASTERING AND TILING OF OTM/MD ACCN AND OTHER MISC WORKS IN IB LINES, I/S MKD AND O/S MKD OF AGE B/R-I UNDER GE GOLCONDA

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description of any position not otherwise specifically provided for as in sunken floors & floor etc and remove all the debris from site and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC type E2 1:5:10 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate and 2 river sand) as in padding and benching & filleting with IWPC (IWPC measured and paid separately) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for screed bed or bedding layer 10 mm thick CM 1:4 for laying floor finishes finished even and smooth without using extra cement with IWPC (IWPC measured separately) as in roof slabs complete fine aggregate used natural river sand complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding including mosaic backing and remove all the debris from site and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square or rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, as in floors etc., laid over and including 15mm thick cement screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 (1 cement 6 river sand)), tiles jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for glazed coloured ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces of size 450mmx300mmx7mm thick laid over 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 (1 cement 4 river sand)), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the colour of tiles, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down 15mm bore steel tubing and connections in any position, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down 20mm bore steel tubing and connections in any position, complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for cutting chases, pinning in, making good to facings where required & pointing in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement 3 river sand) for concealed water tubing, etc.& making good, cutting not exc 10 cm girth complete all as specified and as directed.
