Dismantling & taking down old unserviceable aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) of any size including aluminium binding wire from overhead lines on HT / LT poles complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling & taking down old unserviceable mild steel cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps, back plates, nuts, bolts, washers, etc of any shape or size from HT / LT poles complete all as directed.

Dismantling & taking down old unserviceable insulators of any type & any size from HT / LT poles complete all as directed.

Dismantling & taking down old unserviceable GI continuous earth wire or guard/cradle of any size from HT / LT poles complete all as directed.

Disconnecting carefully existing serviceable street light fitting alongwith mounting bracket and clamp, etc from existing pole and refixing the same on pole at other location or same location on new pole and connecting up complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing steel tubular pole, swaged type, 9 metre long, type 410 SP-31, with CI base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws including drilling of necessary holes, with & including two coats of synthetic enamel paint in alternate black and yellow strips 30 cm each upto 1.5 metre height from PCC coping and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of aluminium red oxide primer to remaining portion of pole and marking pole number in letters & figures of size not less than 8cm height complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- Excavation, earthwork, PCC in foundation & coping shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations of poles, filling, mass concrete and similar works, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Volume of pole/strut embedded in concrete shall be deducted for the purpose of payment.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in copings, pedestal of poles and the like including use and waste of form work (straight or curved), all exposed surface of concrete finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified & as directed. Note : Volume of pole/strut embedded in concrete shall be deducted for the purpose of payment.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing LT XLPE (cross linked polyethylene) insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric cable (heavy duty) with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 Volt grade cross sectional area 25 sqmm 2 core (ISI marked) laid in trenches/ducts, through pipe, under floors or roads/ along poles etc complete all as specified & as directed. Notes :- (i) Sand cushioning, cable protection, GI protection pipe, jointing kits, cable route indicator and excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately. (ii) Road cutting/floor cutting /cutting holes etc in walls required for laying/fixing of cable etc shall be made good as per existing. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. Quoted rates shall be inclusive of the above provisions.

Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. laying cables, pipes, etc. not exc 10 Sqm on plan & not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per serial item No. 12.00 here-in-before but depth exc 1.5m and not exc 3m.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil/material to a distance not exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for dry sand (Local Tibba sand) and punning for cushioning and cover for protection of under ground electric cable complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) Approved local Tibba dry sand free from vegetations, grass and other deleterious substances shall be used. (ii) For the purpose of payment, only punned thickness shall be measured.

M&L for sub class ‘B’ (old size) burnt clay bricks laid flat and dry abutting each other with gap between adjacent bricks not exc. 10mm for protection of underground electric cable in such a way that the length of brick is at right angle to the central axis of cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying factory made, un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, ISI marked, Class LV, Type 1, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm, laid as cable protection cover in trenches, complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for Boring of holes of 110mm bore under road, pavement, hard standing, etc by trench less technology using necessary machine / manually without disturbing the top surface suitable for passing the GI protection pipe / cables, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting/dismantling of PCC hardstanding / WBM road with soling & premix carpet of any description for repair/replacement of electric cable / pipe lines and disposal of debris & rubbish to a distance exc 250m but not exc 500m and making good the same with & including plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down / taking out carefully without damaging old unserviceable burnt / punctured / faulty aluminium / LT Pilca cable / XLPE cable of any size laid in trenches/ducts, through pipe, under floors or roads/ along poles etc and relaying / refixing the same after rectification of defect including cutting making jointing complete all as specified & as directed. Notes :- (i) Excavation & earth work and cable jointing kit shall be measured & paid for separately. (ii) Old serviceable brick / precast PCC cable cover shall be reused where directed by Engineer-in-charge and rate quoted shall dement to include for the same. (iii) If cable is damaged by the contractor’s workmen during the execution of work, the same shall be provided / repaired by the contractor at his own cost complete to the entire satisfaction of GE.

M&L for cable jointing kit for 1100 Volts grade cable for indoor / outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 25 sqmm to 50 sqmm, complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for cable jointing kit for 1100 Volts grade cable for indoor / outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 70 sqmm to 150 sqmm, complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for cable jointing kit for 1100 Volts grade cable for indoor / outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 185 sqmm to 300 sqmm, complete all as specified & as directed.

Supply and Fixing LED based street light fitting, housing made up of LM6 pressure die cast aluminium alloy with effective thermal management, sturdiness. The fixture should have a minimum system efficiency of more than 100 lumen/watt and a minimum system lumen output of not less than 7200 lumens and maximum system wattage 72 to 90 Watts. The fixture shall have a correlated colour temperature of atleast 5700K and CRI of minimum 70. The fixture shall be designed for a system life of 50,000 hours @ 70% lumen maintenance ingress protection of IP66 (lamp and gear compartment and mechanical impact resistance rating of IK≥08. The fixture driver should have an operating voltage range of 140-270 V & potted type for humming free operation, driver should withstand upto 440V for 8 hours, two surge protection not less than 5 KV one on driver and one external surge protection, PF>0.95 and THD<10% and have double phase protection. LED light fitting should be suitable for ambient temperature from (-)10 degree C to (+)50 degree C. The fixture should comply with the parameters IEC 60598 and LED should comply to IEC 61000-3-2 ed. 3.2 per harmonics IEC 61347-2-3, 2006 in configuration with IEC 61347-1 ed 2.0,2007 for electrical safety LM 79 and for LED LM 80 test report needs to be submitted from the house NABL accreditation laboratory and connecting up complete all as specified and as directed. NOTES FOR LED LIGHT FITTINGS : (i) All LED light/luminare shall meet the provision laid down in IS - 16101, 16102 Part-I/II, 16103 Part-I, 16104, 16105, 16106, 16108/2012 and 15885 Part -II / Section 13. (ii) Contractor shall submit test report of LED street light fitting from Government accredited test laboratory for LM-79 and LM-80. (iii) Contractor has to furnish a replacement warranty of 05 years for LED light fittings complete including lamps from the date of completion of contract. The product will be replaced on site free of cost in the following case :- (a) Manufacturing defects. (b) Failure due to mechanical and electrical impact. (c) Drop in lumen (or lux at 1 m) below 90% of claimed values of lumen (or lux at 1 m) of the LED /Luminaries.

Supply and fixing thermoplastic cable junction box of size 205x255x122 mm with IP 66/67 weather proof protection for outdoor installation with knockouts for cable entry suitable for LT UG cable 10 Sqmm to 25 Sqmm complete all as specified & as directed.

Supply & fixing FRLS PVC insulated Copper conductor cable, 1100 Volts grade (ISI marked), two single core of size 1.5 sqmm for terminal box to street/ flood light fitting complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290) including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilled holes for bolts, in any shape or size with & including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified & as directed. Notes :- (i) Size, section and shape of steel sections shall be as directed. (ii) Weight of paint shall not be considered for payment purpose and quoted rate shall deemed to be included this aspect.

Disconnecting, dismantling & taking down old unserviceable LT Feeder Panel box / APFC Panel of any size & capacity including all fixtures/accessories complete all as directed.

Supply, installing, commissioning and testing factory made and tested (CPRI type test certified) LT Feeder Pillar Box cubical type (KIOSK) of size as per IS specifications, 415 Volt, 3 Phase & neutral, 4 wire, 50 Hz, AC supply system, protection class IP-53, dust & vermin proof for outdoor use, made out of CRCA sheet 3.15 mm thick, powder coated inside & outside of flint grey shade (RAL-7032), machine pressed, both side opening in two halves with provision of rubber beading and locking system, including aluminium bus bar of 1200 Amp capacity, 4 strip in colour code mounted on porcelain insulator, bus bar chamber shall be provided with inspection covers for each ACB/MCCB/cubical switch shall have the independent opening, panel shall be mounted on angle iron frame and legs made from angle of size 50x50x5 mm including internal wiring with PVC insulated stranded copper conductor FRLS cables of appropriate size but not less than 6 sqmm with proper ferrule & cable glands, including danger notice sticker, comprising & including the following accessories complete all as specified and as directed :- (Contd…)

Notes for serial item No. 31.00 :- (i) Vertical height of legs of LT panel base frame shall be not less than 45 cm from top of nearest road level / PCC floor finish. Legs shall be grouted in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate). (ii) The contractor shall produce and get the detailed drawings of LT Panel approved from GE before fabrication and placing the order to the approved manufacturer. (iii) The quoted rate shall deemed to include supply & provision of built in flush type locks (with 02 keys) of superior quality as directed by Engineer in Charge. (iv) MS frame work shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of red oxide primer. (v) Cost of MS frame work, painting, platform, MCCB spreaders, cable glands, locking arrangement with lock and key and any minor addition/alteration where required at site (the decision of GE will be final and binding regarding extent to which the change can be considered as minor addition/alteration) shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates.
